We're located on the island's south side in Julianadorp, close to several supermarkets and the shopping mall Sambil. The beautiful beaches of Blue Bay Golf & Beach Resort and Kokomo Beach are just around the corner. The villa is close to Willemstad, with the beautiful pontoon bridge. You can walk from Punda's beautiful old city center to the cafes in Otrobanda.

Villa Pelican features four bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a spacious living room. Therefore, it is exceptionally well suited for one or two families or groups of up to eight people.

* Dishwashing liquid, dishwasher tablets, foil, Ziplocs, garbage bags, etc.
* American coffee maker plus coffee for the first few days
* Dishwasher, gas stove, kettle, blender, and toaster
* Weber BBQ

In our bathrooms, we offer:

We have lived in Curaçao for years, and our Curaçao host lives just around the corner and knows the island very well. She is always available during your stay and happy to help you plan your vacation before your arrival and during your stay, including suggestions and reservations for the best restaurants, events, concerts, etc.

We always advise our guests to rent a car because the island has many extras to offer besides the beach:
Hiking on the Christoffelberg.
Surfing in the Caracas Bay.
Sailing to the picturesque island of Klein Curaçao with beautiful snorkeling opportunities.
At Hato International Airport, you will find regular car rental companies. Still, we are happy to give you more personal advice, especially for renting pick-up trucks and minivans.

We consider the economical use of energy and water essential, so we have chosen to charge energy and water separately. However, the villa's air conditioners, refrigerators, and other equipment consume little energy. The average cost is about USD 75 per week. We will settle the amount at the end of your stay based on meter readings and actual utility rates.
