Please Note: Lease will be emailed from a local real estate company. There is no refund for cancellation through VRBO. However, Crowley Assoc. does offer a cancellation policy separately which is stated in the lease agreement.

VRBO collects the 4.5% State tax, however, does not collect the Rehoboth Beach accommodations tax of 7% This amount will be noted in your lease and is payable directly to Crowley via check, debit or credit card.

Effective Jan 1, 2025, a State Tax of 4.5% has been incorporated by the State of DE in addition to the municipality accommodations tax (currently 7% in Rehoboth).
