Classic Mid-Century Modern Home in Palm Springs

Mid-century modern desert classic in a quiet neighborhood with gorgeous mountain views. Enjoy a truly Palm Springs experience in our fully renovated home with a great outdoor scape. Relax in the large private yard & dip into the pool/spa. The kitchen is a cook's dream with everything you'll need including an herb garden and fresh citrus in season from lemon, tangerine & grapefruit trees. The backyard features a gas barbecue, patio dining, umbrellas & lounge furniture for your outdoor relaxation.

The home is equipped with a security system including a smoke & carbon dioxide alarms, and a PANIC button on control panel in hall near front door. Three security cameras are located outside the home for surveillance when property is unoccupied.

This is NOT a Party House! No loud outdoor music at any time. Quiet time from 10 pm to 8 am.

Lovely mid century modern home in north Palm Springs

My husband and I loved our stay at this home. Stephanie was a wonderful host. The home is beautifully furnished in keeping with the mid century modern aesthetic. While the home is within an easy drive to downtown, the factors that led us to rate the location as less than ideal were the wind and the airplanes flying regularly overhead. We look forward to staying at this home again!

Retirement Adventure

Stephanie's property is a lovely mid-mod design, with fantastic updates overall, with particular attention to the kitchen and bathrooms. Well stocked with all sorts of appliances and conveniences. The house shows better in person than the photos suggest! Communication with Stephanie was open and helpful. The location is convenient to shopping and just a few minutes to the downtown area. While under the flight path of the Palm Springs airport, we enjoyed the plane spotting and it certainly didn't disrupt our sleep as they don't fly into the late night. Would definitely recommend Stephanie's place.

A great place to stay in Palm Springs

Our family enjoyed our month-long stay at Stephanie’s home. We enjoyed the peace and privacy of the backyard, which is completely enclosed and safe for pets. It was perfect for our dogs who enjoyed the grass and all the room to roam and play and relax in the several shady areas. The pool area gets nice sunshine all day, and there are several comfortable places to sit outside, either in sun or in shade. We appreciated that we could pick fresh lemons each day from the tree and use fresh herbs from the herb garden. The kitchen is spacious and is equipped with all the tools/appliances we needed to cook our meals. The open floor plan provided a spacious and comfortable living area for the 5 of us. The bedrooms are also spacious and include large closets and comfortable beds. The Jack-and-Jill bathroom that adjoins two of the bedrooms is large and has lots of storage space in the cupboards and drawers. Both bathrooms have great rain-shower heads with excellent water pressure. We also appreciated being able to park our vehicle in the garage. The house is conveniently located in a quiet neighbourhood very close to shopping centres and restaurants and is a short drive to the heart of downtown Palm Springs and to the airport. Stephanie is a very thoughtful, kind host. She responded promptly to any questions we had and was very helpful & accommodating to ensure we had everything we needed to enjoy our vacation.

A beautiful gem.

This house has everything you need. The backyard is lovely and the beds are very comfortable. Stephanie is a gracious house and communication is swift and easy. Love the location. Close to everything!

Palm Springs weekend getaway

Stephanie and Steve were wonderful hosts and their property was the perfect place to get away and hang for the weekend in Palm Springs. The house itself had a very convenient location, great layout, tons of space, was beautifully decorated, and had an amazing yard and pool to spend the day relaxing. Both Stephanie and Steve were very responsive all the way from answering any questions and providing any info about the property in the days leading up to our stay, making sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay, and then even after our stay when one of our party thought they may have forgotten one of their belongings. Stephanie took the time to go to the house and look for the lost item personally. Would highly recommend their place if you are planning a trip to Palm Springs!

Very peaceful and relaxing

A wonderful and well decorated mid-century modern home to relax and enjoy the outdoor sun of Palm Springs by the pool. Not only is the place brand new and spacious and beautiful but the owner is also kind and responsive host. Thank you for an enjoyable week away from the hustle and bustle of the city. We highly recommend this location if you need a beautiful place to unwind and decompress. It's one of Palm Springs gems.

Beautiful property

We throughly enjoyed our stay! The house was newly renovated. Feels like a brand new house inside. We enjoyed the pool and spa. The house has plenty of towels, BBQ grill, Amazing shower pressure. Central location to everything. Thank you Stephanie! Great communication! We look forward to staying with you again in the future!

Our beautiful home is true a Mid-Century Modern design built in the mid 1950's. The home have been extensively renovated with all the modern conveniences, but remains true to the MCM theme.

We usually meet all our guests between 4 pm & 9 pm for orientation of the home and answer any questions to insure a hassle-free experience. Late arrives by prior arrangement. We are available 24 hours per day in the event an issue arises.
