Nestled in the desirable, safe, & serene Little Tuscany neighborhood, this newly decorated modern home honors the spirit of Palm Springs with mid-century modern touches and is only a 3-minute drive from the lively Uptown District, the heart & soul of the city.
Shops, cafes, restaurants, and bars are just down the main drag of Palm Canyon Drive and easily walkable if you're up for it. The St. Jacinto mountains provide a breath taking backdrop for the outdoor pool/spa area.
Inside the home, high ceilings, an open floor plan, and floor to ceiling windows showcase the 350 days of sunshine Palm Springs offers. Coco’s Casita has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths and can accommodate up to 6 guests. The primary bedroom suite features a private access bathroom w/ ‘his & her’ vanity, large standalone bathtub, walk-in shower, and an expansive walk-in closet with built-in storage features.
At 1,650 sq ft the house is spacious and boasts large and inviting bedrooms, living room, and dining room. Step out into the pool/spa area and you will be greeted by stunning views of the St. Jacinto mountains that will set the perfect backdrop for a relaxing afternoon in the sun!
Primary bedroom suite: Queen bed, sleeps 2.
Bedroom one: Full bed, sleeps 2
Bedroom two: Full bed, sleeps 2
POOL & SPA:
- Pool heating is optional and available for $60/night or $315/week. This includes pool temp warmed to 85 degrees and additional access to spa heating to 103 degrees
- Spa heat only is optional and available for $25/night or $130/week
- Additional discounts are provided on Pool and/or Spa heating for stays of 28 nights or more
- Pool includes a lap machine
- Pool is cleaned 2x per week (Monday & Thursday)

- Gas BBQ grill
- 2 umbrellas for ample shade
- Full kitchen complete w/ essentials including a Keurig Coffee machine, toaster, blender, Brita Water pitcher, dishwasher, paper towels, and more!
- Mini bar stocked w/ beverages (pricing provided at check-in)
- Bathroom amenities including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, bath towels, & of course toilet paper

NEARBY ATTRACTIONS:
Quick access to hikes at Indian Canyon and surrounding world-class golf courses and tennis courts. The Main roads like I-10 or Highway 111 East create an easy gateway to other desert cities, like Palm Desert or the Coachella Music festival in Indio.
The Aerial tram, a must-do in Palm Springs, is just a couple of minutes away.
For those who want to get into some shopping, the designer stores at Cabazon outlet mall are just an 18-minute drive north.
The airport is only a 12-minute drive away.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
- For the safety of our guests and the property there are security devices in the community areas around the entrances of the property (we respect your privacy inside the home & in the pool/spa area)
- Note the white polished tile floors can be slick, so please take caution
- No smoking on property (inside & outside)
- Maximum overnight occupancy is 6 guests. Extra guests will need to leave the property by 9pm according to the County’s STR Reinforcement Code
- Check-in is 4PM and check-out is 11AM. Early check-in and/or late check-out may be available for an additional fee and requires at least a 24-hour notice
- Palm Springs law prohibits outdoor music at any vacation rental in Palm Springs 24 hours a day.
-The city of Palm Springs requires guests to provide a copy of ID to host prior to check-in.
- The property is entirely accessed by automated digital locks for a streamlined and safe experience. You will receive the codes 1 day prior to your stay along with additional details

This applies to ALL vacation rental properties in Palm Springs and not just ours. You will see this charge appearing as 'Taxes' in your price breakdown when you book and clicking on 'Taxes' will indicate it is for the Transient Occupancy Tax.
If for any reason, VRBO fails to charge this tax upfront at the time of booking, you will receive a separate VRBO payment request for the applicable 12.5% taxes after the free cancellation threshold has passed and at least 72 hours before check-in.
A standard 'cleaning fee' is included in the price you pay at the time of booking, if VRBO does not show a separate line item for the 'cleaning fee', rest assured that it is included in the price you're paying. You WILL NOT be charged a separate 'cleaning fee' after booking OR post-checkout.
