Charming 2-bedroom Mid-Century Modern house in enchanting Palm Springs
Discover this terrific 2-bedroom gem in Palm Springs. This pleasant house features 1 king bed and 2 full beds.It's a perfect spot to spend a lovely summer time, just minutes away from downtown or the airport, located in the iconic Movie Colony East neighborhood.
- A/C will be set at 76deg F. It can be lower for $25/day.
- Pool heating available between Nov 1st and April 1st for $75/day (includes jacuzzi heating).
CITY OF PALM SPRINGS REGULATIONS & RENTAL RULES
(we don't make the rules, but we do follow them!)
**No parties or large social gatherings of any kind are permitted at this location!**
Neighbors have been notified that this property is a vacation rental and are encouraged to call a hotline to dispatch authorities to investigate any disturbances. If the city issues a violation, guest will be responsible for payment of any fine(s) and may be evicted with no refund.
- Minimum age for primary renting guest is 25.
- The City imposes a strict noise ordinance for vacation rentals. No music is allowed outside at any time, including music coming from inside that can be heard at the property line, and no noise at all is allowed outside after 10pm.
- The City requires a signed written contract for all guests, as well as a copy of the primary renter's government ID. This will be taken care of during check-in.
- The City requires each guest to pay an 11.5% Transient Occupancy Tax and a 1% Tourism Business Improvement District assessment for stays less than 28 days. If your stay is 28 days or more, taxes do not need to be paid.
ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE
- Check-in time is 3PM, and check-out is promptly by 11AM.
- Late check-outs can be discussed with a fee.
PETS
- Pets must be approved and fee paid prior to check-in. Any sign of pets on the property without our knowledge will incur an additional $500 fee and will be cause for eviction.
NO SMOKING
- We have a no smoking policy. Any signs of smoking in the house will incur an additional $500 fee.
CLEANING
Final cleaning after your checkout is included in your reservation quote. For stays longer than 6 weeks, guest will be responsible for the cost of a mid-stay clean every 30 days. Funds for mid-stay cleanings will be collected from guest as they occur.
