Modern, spacious home with all the amenities you need for a luxurious stay!
The home is within walking distance to several popular restaurants, bars, and shops, offices and a 5-minute drive away from trendy Legacy West and 3 miles from the Dallas Cowboys World Headquarters.
Easy access to highways and EV chargers.
The house was built recently and comes with brand new appliances. We have tried to make it a welcoming space, with everything that is needed for guests to feel at home.

LIVING AREA
The open-plan living area is upstairs, with a couch that seats unto 6 people. The smart TV is hooked up to Netflix and Amazon Prime. Board games and coloring books are provided for fun and relaxation!
KITCHEN/DINING
The kitchen is fully stocked with knives, pots, pans, dishes, mugs and glasses. There are two ovens for the chef, a gas stove and a microwave. The dining table seats 6 people.
HOME OFFICE
The office is downstairs, on a separate level from the living area, giving you the privacy and comfort you need to work from home or attend remote classes. It comes with a desk and a comfy couch. Zoom-ready background, plenty of light!
BEDROOMS
The master bedroom is upstairs and has an ensuite bathroom with attached walk-in closet.
The guest room is downstairs. Both rooms have queen sized beds with memory foam mattresses. The bed linen is all Egyptian Cotton.
BATHROOMS
Two full bathrooms - one upstairs, one downstairs. One half-bath off the living area upstairs. All bathrooms have new toilets and bidets. The master bath has a high-pressure shower. The guest bath has a tub/shower. Low-waste supplies in every bathroom. Sulfate- and silicone- free shampoo and conditioner.
LAUNDRY ROOM
Front loading HE washer and dryer. Low-waste detergent and softener provided.
** Absolutely no smoking on the property
** Pets allowed on approval. Please send us a note when you book your stay!

Hello, world! We are Kishore & Athira. We are a couple who work together in the tech industry. We lived in Plano, TX until the pandemic hit and work-from-home became the norm. The mountains called us in 2020, and we answered by moving to gorgeous New Mexico in 2021! We love to meet new people and are always available for a chat with our guests.
Kishore is passionate about sustainability, alternative building and travel.
Athira is an avid reader and is a passionate advocate for the welfare and rehabilitation of street dogs in India. She can usually be found curled up with a good book with Fawn, our rescued Indian Pariah Dog by her side.
