Located in the Historic Springfield of Jacksonville, Florida in the heart of it all. Walk to everything, you will never need your car! This studio style abode has all the historic charm was lovingly updated and is beautifully decorated and tastefully furnished. Enjoy a five-minute walk through the neighborhood to the heart of Springfield. Not only is this property unique it is extremely clean, and well-maintained.
★ COVID-19 SANITIZATION ★

Heath, safety, and wellbeing of our guests are of utmost importance to us. For this reason, we use a thorough and extensive process of cleaning after each check-out.

We charge a pet fee of $75 per stay for two pets maximum. This increases to $150 / week and $200 / month for longer term guests. Please submit a special offer with this additional fee included through the platform when you book the unit for more than 7 nights.

*If you neglect to inform us ahead of time that you are bringing a pet with you than we reserve the right to either TERMINATE your stay early or charge an additional $100 on top of the original pet fee.

The following additional charges apply to late check outs/early arrivals, assuming we can offer this at all (we often can’t so please never assume this will be allowed):

1 hr or less early arrival or late departure: $50
1-2 hr early arrival/late departure: $100
2-3 hr early arrival/late departure: $200

These fees are primarily in place to highly discourage late checkouts/early arrivals since this causes our cleaning service undue stress to prep the unit prior to your or the next set of guest’s arrival. This also increases the need for them to rush/cut corners, increasing the likelihood of them not cleaning the unit to the high standard which we hold them to.

● You must be 21 years of age or older to book a reservation, and an individual who is 21 years of age or older must be present throughout the duration of the reservation.
● Please no eating or drinking in the bedrooms (closed water bottles are an exception). Additional cleaning fees to remove food/drink stains will apply.
● Please no smoking on the property. Cigarette butts must be disposed of in the ashtray provided on the front
patio. An additional fee to remove stains/odors from cigarettes will apply. (smoke is really hard to get out)
● Pick up all trash before departing. Place all garbage in an outside trash can.
● Please wash all dishes. If the dishwasher was used, please run and unload the dishwasher prior to
departure.
● Do not open the windows. This is due to the extra security measures we have installed.
●Do not overload the washer/dryer. Do not wash sandy beach items or towels in the units. Empty the dryer lint trap after EVERY USE. Additional fees will apply if units are damaged due to improper use.
● The storage room is to remain closed at all times.
● Consumables such as condiments or snacks may be left behind by previous guests if they are not empty. We try our very best to ensure that it is not expired or stale. HOWEVER, ultimately, it is up to the guests’
discretion and inspection to consume these items if they wish. The host does not take any responsibility
for the consumables.
● Please do not rearrange the furniture.
● If guests are found to have had a party without host permission which results in additional cleaning or
maintenance required, guests will be responsible for additional cleaning charges. In the unfortunate
event that neighbors are disturbed, GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY
IMMEDIATELY.
● NO ILLEGAL ACTIVITY OR GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY
We are available 24/7. Fast responses during the regular business hours/night. After 10 PM EST some responses will be answered ASAP or first thing in the morning.
Modern day Springfield is arguably one of the most attractive neighborhoods in Jacksonville, due to its beautiful architecture, gridded streets, walkability and bikeability, variety of parks, eclectic nightlife, unique restaurants, proximity to Downtown, abundant social events, and friendly neighbors.

Ran Down, Dirty and Not Maintained. Outside is GREAT!
The picture were likely many years old. The unit was falling apart. From the front door, bathroom, to the back door it was easy to find something that was not serviceable. Add on top of that black mold in the bathroom, dirt throughout, mouse poo in the kitchen draws and hair in the towels. The management service was more than happy take my calls and pictures, more than 10. Bottom line is they should have never rented the unit in this shape. On the positive side the area was nice and the outside of the building was well maintained. I was scheduled to be there 9 days. After the first night I reported the issues. They had 12 hours with me not at the property and they did nothing but offer how sorry they are. I told them the second day I was leaving and they then offered to move me to another unit. I am willing to bet it look the same. I was not willing to find out.
