Great trip!

Myself, my husband, parents, 3 year old and 18 month old stayed here for 4 nights. We had a great stay! The room with twin beds is very very small and doesn’t get the best circulation, but it worked out fine for us. We got 2 beach chairs and an umbrella which was great! Pool was also nice when the kids needed a break from the pool. Overall it was great! The condo also had 2 baby gates which were great to put by the stairs going up to the loft.

Overall pretty good stay

Property was clean. Main issue was both the upstairs and downstairs bath tub drains were partially clogged and drained very slowly, resulting in standing in ankle deep water while showering. Also would have liked to had more toilet paper than a single roll of one ply toilet paper available. HOA prohibited tents from being set up on property so we had to set up each day on public beach directly beside the condo. Excellent view of ocean from balcony was nice. No elevator to upper floors which was disclosed. They do have ground level units which would not be an issue. Parking lot had plenty of spaces available but was tricky for large full size SUVs. Overall we enjoyed the stay just some minor issues that would have made it nicer had they been resolved.

Perfect space to spread out

My family has stayed at Crystal Villas for over 5 years, each year in a different spot. This was our first year on the 3rd floor. The extra flight of steps wasn’t an issue at all and well worth the extra space. The unit was clean and we had no issues at all during the stay. As a family of 4 we had more room than we needed, but it was nice for the 2 kids to have room to spread out and play, etc. no complaints, other than it will be really hard to go back to the standard king and bunks room in the future .

Can’t beat the view!

The view from the condo was amazing. I do have a few complaints though. To call it a 3 bedroom is a bit of a stretch. It’s actually more like a one bedroom with a loft and sleeping nook. The third bedroom ceiling was only 6 ft at its tallest point and sloped down from there. My boys couldn’t stand or move around in it. There were no windows and a small vent making it hot and stuffy even with a fan which barely fits in the room. There was no way for them to sleep comfortably. We moved them to the pull out couch and noticed blood on the mattress protector. We ended up having to move the mattresses from the sleeping nook downstairs. I doubt the mattresses were true twin size because my son hung off the end about 11 inches. My advice; This condo is probably better suited for a family of 4 with small children. Also, keep in mind I’d two couples are sharing, there is no door on the second bedroom. The management staff was very responsive. Cleanliness would have been a 5 if not for the blood on the pull out and if the floor would have been swept and mop better.In spite of this we had a good time

Nice condo on the beach

Everything with this condo was exactly as pictured on the listing. The views were great. The condo was clean and equipped. There is a musty smell right when you walk in but seemed to dissipate the further you walk into condo. Overall a very nice stay.

Good Beach Getaway

We had an amazing stay! The property was a good size for our family — comfortable and clean. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, which made meals so easy. The location couldn’t have been better, and the beach chair service was an absolute bonus. We loved spending time on the deck, soaking in the beautiful view of the beach!

Everthing was great. Lots of stairs , but we knew that up front. The bathrooms are dated, Other than that I would recommend this unit and would defintely stay again.

Crystal Villas A-11

Very comfortable accommodations. This is an older unit but it has had some upgrades and replacements over the years. Had some trouble with the dishwasher although it looked like a fairly new unit. Some of the dishes, silverware and cookware items were not clean on arrival, which may have been due to the dishwasher problem. We also spent some time and elbow grease cleaning the cooktop surface. Kitchen is well stocked for any kind of cooking/food prep. Other than the kitchen problems we were pleased with the cleanliness. The linens were immaculate and the master king pillowtop bed was wonderful. Stack laundry unit was efficient and much appreciated. The balcony was our favorite spot and we enjoyed the tall chairs that gave us a great view of the beach, the water and especially the sunsets! The umbrella and beach chair service is a great perk and we used it almost everyday. Bottom line - we loved our stay here and hope to return!

Location was great! We were able to see Dolphins swim by from the deck. Condo layout was good for our group. Would stay here again.

Had a wonderful time

The condo was as pictured. The check in and out process was very easy. Response to our Wifi issue was prompt. The view was absolutely beautiful. The kitchen was fully stocked. Just bring your spices. The only issues we had were that there were no elevators and we seen a cockroach twice. Not one of the big Florida one's, but normal household roaches. We over looked the bugs and just removed them because its Florida and in condos shared with other guests so we chalked it up to that. However, it did make me worry we might bring a little critter home. I would also suggest this condo for a family with children and not 6 adults due to loft bedroom and tiny twin size bedroom. All in all it served its purpose for us and we were happy with our stay. Thank you for letting us enjoy your property.

Very peaceful

Unit was very clean and straightforward, good size and felt very open, good ocean view. Location was nice and smaller condominium sizes around meant the beach wasn't packed even during a relatively busy time. Pool was fine but pool community bathroom was a biohazard.

Loved being right on the beach! Gorgeous!

Loved the condo., loved the view!!! All things we needed to cook and make drinks. 3rd bedroom no window very small, probably only for kids (we were 6 adults). All the codes to get into beach, pool were not listed at first, but newman was very responsive. Easy to walk to many places.

Grands Spring Break

Very nice condo right on the beach! Plenty of room! Close to restaurants & shopping! The only downfall was the temp did not cooperate until the day we left for home! It was cold, but that didn’t stop the kiddos from playing in the sand & water! Would stay again!
