Quiet home with EV charging.

Enjoy your stay in Arcata in our newly updated four bedroom, two bath home, with bonus sunroom. Located less than a mile from the Arcata Plaza, less than two miles from the redwoods, and a five minute drive to the beach. The house is a lovely space to unwind and relax by the fireplace after a busy day at work or play. The kitchen has been updated with all new appliances and is stocked with the tools needed to create great meals. The garage has a brand new washer and dryer. There is level 2 Charging on site. Please note, the house is priced for four guests, there is an additional guest fee when there are more than four guests.

Great communication from the host. Excellent location close to Cal Poly Humboldt. Comfortable beds and the sunroom was happily used as a nice morning retreat. Although we didn’t spend time there as we were busy, the home was a great place to unwind, sleep and shower before heading out. We’d absolutely stay again.

Lovely space for our Ladies Getaway

I was a little put off by the neighborhood at first, but once inside this gem of a house, the rest of the world just went away. The place is much larger than I thought, everyone had her own bedroom, and there is plenty of space for lounging and relaxing and visiting. I would go back for sure!

I wanted to give six stars!

The house was wonderful and we had a memorable holiday with all the family. Even the dog had a great time: sunroom, big yard, fireworks place, who could ask for more? It was cozy and wonderfully stocked, and that’s saying something when you’re having Thanksgiving! Thanks Michelle, you made it easy.

CPH Senior Night weekend in Arcata

Nice, large, clean home

We usually stay in Trinidad so this was different for us. I loved the ring binder which gave us ideas on things to do & where to eat. House was immaculate. Bedding was very nice.

A quiet place to relax after a day of exploring

Arcata getaway

Nine friends stayed in this spacious home near downtown Arcata. The house was clean, sleeping accommodations roomy, and the backyard large for the dogs with us. Though we didn't have an EV, there is a charging station in the garage. Thank you, Michelle, for your wonderful home

Graduation Weekend

"Quiet home with on site Tesla chargers" was the perfect accommodations for our daughter's graduation from Cal Poly Humboldt. The location was great, the beds were super comfy and the kitchen is outfitted with all the amenities. Amazing place to see redwoods and Arkata with Eurica

The cosy place to spend long weekend. I was impressed by hating system: half hour and the house is warm. I’m really sad I have no chance to use sun studio: the weather was rainy. Beds are comfortable, fireplace is amazing.

Amazing property and stay

The house was very neat and the check in was seamless. We stayed for 3 days to visit redwoods and the stay was very comfortable. The house was very neat and clean. We loved the sunroom. The host Michelle was very nice and communicative. The neighbourhood is very quiet and close to restaurants We had a great time.

Family Reunion

This was a wonderful place to stay. We were able to fix the meals which were not being provided at our family reunion and it was well-stocked with every dish, glass and urtensil we needed. I would definitely stay here again.

Very nice home with everything.

I would change my home for this one, it was really nice and comfortable. EV charging and washer/dryer a plus. It was very quiet, neighbors had dogs, but they didn’t bark at night. Only small negative was some of the homes in the neighborhood were run down, and the streets were poorly lit for walking at night. The home didn’t have A/C, but even in August it was cool enough to just open the windows at night. I would stay there again if I was in the area.

Nice stay

Overall great experience at this home. Highlight was the sun room and EV charging capabilities. Made our stay easy and able to explore the area thoroughly. We visited several state parks/beaches and the location was centrally located for tons of outdoor activities. We'd definitely come stay at the property again. Michelle was a breeze to work with, nothing but helpful.

Great place for a Family

Our family really enjoyed our stay. The sun room was a our favorite place in the house. The place was clean and has a great location where you can easily get to town, the University and with a short drive go to the state park.
