Our house is sunny, modern and well-equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Just minutes from Cal Poly Humboldt, gorgeous forest trails, downtown Arcata and stunning beaches, you'll be close to everything the region has to offer. Enjoy lounging in the big back yard roasting s'mores in the fire pit or making a meal for the family in the fully stocked kitchen. 

With 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, there's plenty of room for family and friends. 
Guests have access to the entire property: the house, the garage, laundry and the big sunny backyard.

With easy access to the Arcata Community Forest trails and Murphy's market, it's a great hub for exploring the area. You're just a short walk from a great burrito (El Chipotle), a cup of coffee and snack(Coffee Break). Downtown Arcata is about two miles away has many shops, restaurants, activities and weekend Farmers Market.

***Details to note when booking... If you are traveling with a pet you must select that under the number of guest. There is a one time $75 pet fee.
VRBO does not cover us under their insurance policy due to the third party platform we use. For this reason, at time of booking, you will see there is a "$500 damage deposit to be paid at property." This is just a hold charge on your credit card that starts on the day of your arrival and is then released within 2 days after your departure and covers our property in the case of extensive damage. Cancellations will be charged the VRBO service fee.
