Gorgeous 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home located down a little lane in Cutten. The open living room, kitchen and dining room lead out to a massive deck making it a great house for entertaining. Kitchen features beautiful granite countertops with walnut island, and stainless steel appliances. Living room has extra high ceiling, a gleaming wall of windows and a cozy wood stove. You'll find one bedroom and full bathroom downstairs and 2 more bedrooms and full bathroom with double sinks upstairs.

Terrible, waited 5 to 6 hours for the manager to respond and let us get the code to the door. We had four couples in our party.Had to rebook somewhere else due to the lack of response. Tried nine times and finally called VRBO directly to get assistance. They did not get a response.

The house layout and location worked great for one party of 8 adults. We loved having a living room, kitchen, and dining table to play cards. Overall, the entire house needs a deep clean, including carpets, base boards, walls, and doors.

Great Place For All Ages

This house was perfect for our family, including grandparents & three kids (aged 3-16). It was close to the zoo and Samoa dunes, and restaurants & grocery stores. We definitely plan on returning on our next family vacation.

Perfect house for our two families!

This house was great place for all of us to stay in Eureka. We were all there attending a family wedding. The house was beautiful and very accommodating for all 8 of us. The neighborhood was very nice also.

I'd stay there again!

This place was perfect for our group! The kitchen is very workable. Sure, it's lacking a few utensils we would use at home, but we made do. There was plenty of room to spread out or be together eating, playing games or just visiting. It's a beautiful home.

Family reunion 2023

This property was beautiful and we very much enjoyed our stay. The only critique I could give it is that the kitchen could use more cookware like extra spatulas and whatnot and a barbecue would really be wonderful.

Five(5) senior golfers on a 2-night stay for an annual golf tournament. Perfect accommodations: comfortably sleeps 5, number of bathrooms perfect, great kitchen for the one(1) dinner we prepared (steak, chicken and veggies), very clean and in a very quiet location. I will check for this residence next year when we return!

Nice neighborhood

The property is very nice, upscale. It is close enough to downtown Eureka to be convenient, but away from the sketchier neighborhoods. There is a nice large deck. It was great to actually be able to use the garage.

Eureka Visit

The house was as advertised. It's a very large 4 bedroom home. The house was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots, glasses, etc. There were plenty of towels and the washer/dryer was a bonus. The street was very quiet and we felt very safe there. It was easy to get around Eureka from that location.

Quiet place to relax

We stayed 4 nights at his property. The house has lots of space and was a great place for our family of 5 to unwind after long days adventuring around Humboldt County. The host was great about sending clear instructions and we loved that the check-out process was light and easy so we could get on the road. The location made it easy for us to get to most of Eureka in 5-10 minutes. The master bathroom has an awesome jacuzzi tub and huge, multi-faucet shower... both were big hits with us. We had one minor cleaning issue (old coffee grounds left in the coffee maker) but otherwise the house was clean. We would definitely recommend this place if you're looking for a spacious house for your trip to Eureka!
