Take in stunning coastline views from two fourth-floor balconies, relax by the waterfront pool, splash in the kiddie pool, or soak in the hot tub. Ocean Vista also provides access to tennis courts, a playground, and private boardwalk to the beach. Just two miles from Schlitterbahn and within walking distance to numerous restaurants and attractions, you’ll be ideally situated to experience every island attraction.
Serving as the social heart of the home, the sunlit living room offers incredible views of the Gulf through wall-to-windows. Stretch out on the leather sofa and watch Netflix shows on the 54” flat-screen TV with cable. Dark wooden cabinetry complements white granite countertops in the fully equipped kitchen. Create a delicious dinner with quality stainless steel appliances. When it’s time to eat, gather at the dining room table for hearty meals and conversations. Extra amenities include complimentary WiFi and a washer/dryer.
This home sleeps eight guests in three bedrooms. Two bathrooms are each stocked with a complimentary supply of toiletries and bath amenities. The primary bedroom has a king bed, 42” flat-screen TV with cable. The en-suite bathroom features a double vanity and tub/shower combination. The second bedroom is complete with a full-size bed, 42” flat-screen TV, and access to a private covered balcony. The third bedroom offers two full-size beds and a 40” flat-screen TV. The second bathroom has a tub/shower combination.

THINGS TO KNOW Beach chairs and beach umbrellas are not available for guest use. Access Instructions: From the open parking area, follow the pathway north past the elevated tennis and basketball courts towards the office labeled ‘Ocean Vista’ to register and collect wristbands . The office will be located on the right side -- office hours are Monday - Friday, 9:00AM - 5:00PM. All guests must register at the office.

All properties do utilize pest control maintenance regularly, BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible. ** The host does not always guarantee stable wifi services during your stay. Happy overall
Place appears to have been renovated in the last few years. Furniture and appliances are great. Bathrooms need update but worked fine. Balcony is great. Lots of beach stuff in the condo, and which was great. Sink backed up the first night but Vacasa was responsive and fixed it next day. Overall we were pleased.

Fall beach trip
The unit was great for a short trip. The location and views from the balcony were nice. Some things that could use improvement: even though the unit came with 4 tv’s we could only get 2 to work, the kitchen was minimally stocked and there were no oven mitts, the dishes and silverware were very old. We also after the second day had a horrible ant infestation in the kitchen and it seemed that they were coming from the gap from behind the backsplash - we killed them with paper towels and once we stored all the food away in the oven they stopped coming but as soon as we left any food out on the counter there were swarms of them again. It also would have been nice if there had been a broom or mop - we did track in sand from the beach and there was no way to clean it up. Towels were not absorbent and there were no bath floor mats/towels.

Being Honest
The condo was beautiful, however cleaning personal could take alittle bit more Pride in their cleaning, booger on the wall. Sandy and grimy on the counters, bathroom cabinets had leftover q-tips, stove and microwave had old food residue. We had no cable in one room the whole trip, and no internet for 2 days out of 3. Batjroom tubs clogged up.Biggest concern , we were not told we would be Vacationing with Roaches. Very nice Condo but could use a bit more work on cleanliness. Also office does not exist so don't bother complain or checking in with office. I have photos, call logs, and screenshot of every report I made for all the inconvieneces

Overall Disappointing
We have been coming to SPI for 40 years and at OVT for 5. We stayed in this condo for 9 nights and unfortunately left feeling disappointed, especially considering the price. We paid over 1K more than we've spent on nicer, better-maintained condos in the same complex, and the condition of this unit didn’t match the cost.Pros: view is beautiful, patio furniture & rocking chairs were comfortable, the AC worked well, ample cabinet storage in the kitchen Cons: outdated and in need of serious maintenance. There was a strong, unpleasant odor throughout the day & night. Several features didn’t function properly, including the ceiling fan in living room, dining table light, TV in the guest bedroom, and garbage disposal. The Internet was spotty & had to be reset frequently.Bathrooms had multiple issues: the hall toilet didn’t consistently flush, the shower door didn’t slide, and the master bathroom had a loose toilet paper holder and toilet seat in poor condition. The glass coffee tables in the living room felt unstable and unsafe—especially with children around.Kitchen lacked some basic essentials like a spatula & oven mitts, and there were no hooks or spaces to hang towels or wet bathing suits. Even small details, like the excessively long entry code, added to the frustration.Overall, this unit has potential, but for the price point, we expected much more. Until significant updates and repairs are made, we would not book again or recommend to others.

The beach view was excellent. We loved being on the corner/side of the building which allowed more patio room. The only complaint we had was that the sliding glass door did not fully close in the bedroom with a single bed. There was a lot of street noise coming in. Overall, we were very satisfied with all the amenities the property had to offer.

Overpriced &no maintenance on inside
This property had many problems and our month there was never a problem addressed.
We love Ocean Vista complex but this unit was not connected thru them.
Guest room bed sheets were covered in human and I assume dog hair, shower doors broken, patio door unlockable and would not shut all tge way, sink master bath faucet not connected, overhead lights master and living not working, smoke detector had a short, list goes on and on.
Paid too dollar and over other units.
Do not want to deal with Vacasa again.
The list goes on from coffee pot not working correct to patio furniture stacked and rusted.

The unit had plenty of space with the third bedroom. Beds were comfy and corner location was great! Had some ants in the kitchen but they came in and sprayed. Decor was a little too NYC for us Texans but would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful beachfront condo
The condo was very clean, well decorated and stocked with everything we needed for our stay. The pool and hot tub was a great way to unwind from long days at the beach. I’ve been to SPI many times and this was by far the best place I’ve ever stayed.
