Bienvenido a OCEAN VISTA TOWERS # 101, ¡NUEVO CONDOMINIO DE PLANTA BAJA DE LUJO! El NUEVO condominio de nuestra familia de 3 dormitorios / 3 baños, frente a la playa en South Padre Island, Texas.

También somos propietarios del condominio # 103, (listado 1541977) puede ver nuestras EXCELENTES OPINIONES!

Nuestro condominio está completamente remodelado (diciembre de 2018). Tlle, duchas, baños, cocina, electrodomésticos, muebles, decoración, accesorios, camas, TODO NUEVO!

Nuestro condominio se encuentra en la planta baja frente a la piscina y a pocos pasos de la playa. Disfruta de las vistas panorámicas desde el dormitorio principal y la sala de estar. Relájese en el patio por la noche y disfrute del sonido del océano y la tranquilidad que ofrece un condominio de lujo muy exclusivo, ubicado a 1,5 millas al norte del puente en primera línea de playa. Puede caminar solo 1 cuadra hasta el supermercado Blue Marlin.

Es una comunidad cerrada con un amplio estacionamiento interno, y hemos cubierto el estacionamiento, con un administrador en el lugar.

Nuestro condominio es una excelente opción, en el dormitorio principal tenemos una cama tamaño KING, en el segundo dormitorio tenemos 2 camas QUEEN y en el 3er dormitorio tenemos 2 camas COMPLETAS. También cuenta con encimeras de CUARZO y una cocina totalmente equipada.

Tenemos un SMART TV de 75 "en la sala de estar (con cable). En el dormitorio principal un SMART TV de 43 "(sin cable), en el 2º dormitorio, tenemos un SMART TV de 43" (sin cable), y en el 3º dormitorio también un SMART TV de 43 "(sin cable). Toda la televisión con NETFLIX GRATIS ......

Una lavadora y secadora dentro del condominio. La mesa tiene capacidad para 8 personas en la mesa del comedor y en la barra de la cocina también tenemos 4 asientos.

Traiga su computadora portátil, tenemos servicio de internet WI-FI sin costo adicional.

La estancia mínima requerida para el largo plazo en invierno es de 2 meses.

Este es un condominio para NO FUMAR y NO SE ADMITEN ANIMALES.

This property is even better in person than the listing photos display, inside and outside. The space was very clean with an ideal layout. The ease of access to the pool and parking cannot get any better, especially with the amount of things we brought for all our young children. The kitchen was better stocked than our home with every essential and non-essential that you could need, including top of the line pots and pans for cooking. Even our children commented on how nice the place was and that it was their favorite room at Ocean Vista. Ana's response time was rapid and she was a great host. We will absolutely be requesting a return stay in this space.

2 family get away

We had 5 kids between 2 and 14 and the property worked perfectly for us. First floor was so handy with getting to the pool and beach or just going out to walk. Places to eat were not far at all and we felt we could walk to a lot of places.

I love the location of this place. Very convenient to parking, beach, and pool! Everything was very well kept and clean! Beds were a little hard but other than that zero complaints!! We would visit here again!!

The property owner was always quick to answer questions which was very helpful. It was a nice location with the ocean in walking distance. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you would need. Enjoyed our stay.

This property offered everything listed and so much more! The location is phenomenal, especially if you have older adults. The condo itself is top notch with everything you could possibly need for your stay! The amenities were fabulous! Easy beach access! We will be staying again sometime soon!

Perfect location!!!

This condo could not have been more perfect for our group of 7 adults. The grocery store was two blocks away and the bars and restaurants were within walking distance. The beach and pool were steps from the backyard. We could not be happier with our stay!

Weather was bad, but stay was lovely

The place was very nice (second time we have booked there). The beach weather was not good but we still had a great time because the outdoor table is under a ledge so rain didn’t affect us. We had a wonderful time sitting out there and didn’t have to worry about the rain! Will definitely book again!

Labor Day Getaway

Condo much nicer in person than website pictures — we were all very impressed and pleased!! Great location, easy access to the pool and beach!! Extremely well - equipped kitchen!! Obvious that staff pay attention to detail! Beds on the firm side, but otherwise totally positive!! Would definitely stay here again!!

Great for Families!

This is our second stay & we will most likely go back! We love the ground floor and the easy access to the pool. The condo has everything you need. The only issue was that the electricity was out for a couple of hours one day (there wasn’t a storm) and the water was off twice. Also, we were given the wrong gate code to the complex & could not get in when we arrived.

PERFECT CONDO! we are very satisfied with ocean vista 101, the location is perfect, we are a family with kids and we can seat outside and take care of our kids while they are in pool, also the spaces are great for us, very clean and well maintained (also owner will change tiles and decoration on winter) highly recommended

Have stayed in this unit a couple years ago and liked it. Well equipped and clean. Handy to parking. Now the really bad part. Pretty significant infestation of roaches. A note on the counter stated the exterminator had been there, so we swept up the dead ones. However we were killing roaches all 10 days there.onesproceeder to

Modern Condo

Condo is very clean and spacious. Kitchen was very well equipped. Easy access from the parking lot. Other reviewers have commented on the beds being hard and we would have to agree with them. Great access to the pool and beach. Privacy shades would be nice in the living room just so people couldn’t see in at night if they walk by, but it wouldn’t deter us from staying again. Overall, it was a great stay.

Awesomeness

Perfect condo! Just a few steps from the pool and a very short walk down to the beach. This condo complex is extremely well-maintained. The pool is cleaned daily and sand is blown off the boardwalk daily. The condo has a well-stocked kitchen, TVs in every bedroom and a comfortable and large living room. This is our third year to spend Fourth of July week at this condo and we plan to continue. I doubt you’ll find anything better on the island.

Exquisite property for those who are “extra”!

Loved this rental so much. Kitchen has everything including high quality cookware and very sharp knives!!! Convenient, beautiful views and absolutely would visit again!!! My only recommendation is to soften up the beds a bit. They are quite firm if you’re not used to that type of bed. Other than that everything was so absolutely perfect. ❤️
