Set in the high-end Palmilla Beach Resort, with a pool and boardwalk to the beach, this 2BR/2BA vacation rental is situated on the top floor of the condo building and offers spectacular elevated views of the water and golf course in elegant surroundings. Sample fresh seafood at the on-site Black Marlin Restaurant & Grill.

It’s just a short 5-minute drive to everything in Port Aransas, including shops, fishing, and dining; Schlitterbahn water park is just 20 minutes away.

ABOUT THE CONDO

This top corner-unit has views of the Gulf and a deck outside with an outdoor table and chairs overlooking the golf course. Inside, an open concept living space is outfitted with tiled floors, a 56” flat-screen TV with soundbar, and a sectional with a queen sleeper sofa. The dining area has a four-seat table, while the kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances and granite countertops.

The master bedroom has a king bed and a comfortable chair as well as a 56” LG flat-screen TV so you can watch TV in your PJs! The adjoining bathroom is spacious and indulgent, with a soaker tub, walk-in shower, and double vanity. The guest bedroom has a queen bed, 36' TV, and walk-in closet, plus a second bathroom with a double vanity and tub/shower combination. A stackable washer/dryer set is located in a cupboard.

For a fun and easy night out, grab dinner and cocktails at Palmilla’s Black Marlin Grill, which features live music several nights of the week. And when you want to venture farther afield, downtown Port Aransas is just 5 minutes away.

Visit the Guest Services pavilion at Palmilla to receive VIP wristbands that allow access to resort amenities. Enjoy access to incredible amenities, including two elegant resort-style pools that are heated during our winter season. During the summer, poolside cabanas, golf carts, beach chairs, and umbrellas are available to rent via Guest Services. Enjoy a designated area at the beach with air-conditioned bathrooms and food services.

The newly redesigned 9-hole course incorporates the best of true links-style play and winds its way throughout the Palmilla Beach Resort Community. Palmilla Beach challenges golfers of any skill level with ocean breezes, lush fairways lined with native grasses and challenging greens. With a variety of tee boxes, the course will fit any player's current game.

Trailers/boats are not permitted on-site; however, nearby parking is available.

THINGS TO KNOW
There is currently major construction occurring on new homes in the area. No current homes or amenities will be affected, though construction equipment may be visible and views may be obstructed in some areas. Construction has been scheduled during certain times of the day to minimize noise and potential disturbances to guests. The work is scheduled to conclude in the next year.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
