Welcome to Temporary Sanity Vacation Beach House—a comfy, coastal home just steps from the sand and designed for laid-back beach days and long evenings around the fire pit. Whether you’re here with friends, family, or your pup, you’ll love the big private patio, open living spaces, and fully stocked kitchen. Come breathe the salty air, spread out, and stay awhile.

**Guest Access
Guests enjoy private, exclusive access to the entire home, including all interior spaces and the fenced outdoor areas.
Check-in is seamless with keyless self-entry. We respect your privacy throughout your stay and are always available via the app or phone if you need assistance.

**Booking process
After booking, you will receive a message asking you to confirm your reservation and digitally sign our standard rental agreement.
Once signed, you will be emailed access to your Guest Portal, where all important information lives, including check-in details, WiFi, and local recommendations.
Your entry code will be released 48 hours before check-in inside the Guest Portal.
Early check-in may be requested through the Guest Portal when available.
A $25 per dog, per stay pet fee applies and can be paid through the Guest Portal or HostCo Store.

This home is made for easy, casual living. The open layout keeps everyone connected—whether you’re cooking, relaxing on the sectional, or setting up snacks for a patio hang. It’s bright, breezy, and set up to help you truly unwind.

Ground-floor suite: King bed with ensuite bathroom (shower)
Bedroom 2: King bed with ensuite quarter bath and Smart TV
Bedroom 3: Queen bed
Living room: Sleeper sofa (two sofas total, one with sleeper)
Linens and pillows are provided for all sleeping areas.

Ensuite bathroom with shower (ground-floor suite)
Ensuite quarter bath - Upper primary bedroom
Additional bathrooms are stocked with fresh towels and essential bath amenities.

This is everyone’s favorite spot after the beach or kayaking in the harbor.
