A pasos de la arena, esta casa tiene todo lo que necesitas para pasar unas vacaciones fantásticas. Completamente remodelado con exquisitos acabados que incluyen pisos de travertino y madera dura, encimeras de granito y molduras de techo. Puede descansar en un sofá al aire libre y ver y escuchar el océano desde el lujo de su hogar o puede caminar unos pasos para experimentar un paraíso de playa virgen. Our stay at the lovely beach house was just about perfect. Our host was incredibly responsive, the home was perfect for our family and pups, a very short walk to the beach, and we all had the best time. I will definitely book this lovely home again when we head up the coast.

Great place a block from Silver Strands beach. Very comfortable inside and two fantastic seating areas outside. Clean and well kept and the host was very easy to work with. Highly recommend!

This was the perfect house for 3 old friends. It’s an easy walk to the beach and to the store. The upstairs lanai has a wonderful view of the ocean. It’s located in a friendly neighborhood. Everything we needed was in the unit and the sleeping accommodations were excellent. This was our second time at this property and we will definitely book this place again.

Check in was easy. The house itself was nice. The wrap around deck was the best. The neighborhood was extremely quiet. If it wasn’t for the two skylights in the master bedroom I probably would have slept longer ;)It took about 3 minutes to walk to the beach. Pepe’s tacos stand was a short bike ride away. Didn’t cook much so can’t say much about cookware, etc. all in all a very nice stay. Nice house, nice beach, nice neighborhood!

Location and host amazing, house wasn’t clean and we had to clean it, there were dog poops outside at patio, and the entrance mats were stinky of dog pee. But we took them out and cleaned the house for lime an hour or so .

Book it! Great location and beautiful home.

Would stay here again. Beautiful deck with ocean view, great for hanging as a family. Well stocked kitchen and home. Able to walk to/from the beach! Amazing stay! Host is kind and easy to get ahold of. Easy check in and check out.

Perfect Beach Stay

My family of 6 stayed at this great beach house during our recent trip to California. The house is steps from the beach. I enjoyed my morning cup of coffee on the spacious deck every day, listening to the waves and watching the water. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. The garage is packed full of toys for the beach including boogie boards, sand toys, kites, chairs, a wagon to haul it all and even a surf board. There are also kayaks for six, although we did not get to try them out. We did use the bicycles to explore the neighborhood. The owner, Sandy, checked in us to make sure we had everything we needed. We would absolutely stay here again if we have the opportunity.

Great Location ....Lovely Beach Home

The location was perfect for our needs. Just a short walk to the beach. The house fit our family of 5 very well. There were a few issues that came up during our visit. The owner was quick to respond and gracious. The neighbors were friendly and the neighborhood was nice and quite. There is a cute coffee shop not too far away. The barking seals and sound of the waves added to the charm of this location.

Perfect beach vacation!

Our family of seven had a wonderful time staying in Oxnard. This property is a one minute walk from the beach, which was perfect for a laid back beach vacation. The garage was stocked with all kinds of beach gear, and the hose in the front yard made it easy to rinse off as we went back and forth between the beach and house. The back yard and deck were great spaces for hanging out in the evenings. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen well stocked, and all of the instructions clear. We definitely want to come back!

QUIET BEACH COTTAGE - MUST VISIT

Following the devastating Palisades Fire my neighbor and I needed a place to regroup and plan for our new future. We wanted to an area close to Los Angeles and the Beach which was quiet and out of any fire evacuation area for us and our two dogs. This was the perfect temp home for us. Quiet and met ever need we had. Neighbors were amazing and the beach (sand, jetty, and sea lions) was exactly what we wanted to make us feel at home. Loved walking the dogs around the neighborhood and on the beach. Local restaurants and shops were close and abundant. Home was quiet, enclosed yard, great bedrooms/bathrooms and plenty of seating and areas to lounge around. Sandra was the best....so generous and communicated well and even provided us with donated items from her local community as we had arrived with nothing (all was lost in the fires). Her kind soul touched our hearts and her friends willingly gave us clothes and more. We are forever grateful and appreciative of all she and they did to assist us in our time of need.HIGHLY RECOMMEND this property as it is GEM and such a cute beach cottage/home and perfect for families. Would definitely stay again.

Lovely spot!!

We are two families of four with four teen/tween girls and we travel together often. We love a spot to hang out, chat and let the girls be silly and a bit independent-this house was perfect for that. It’s winter so we had to get cozy in the living room/kitchen but the girls took over the main bed room (a king bed plus two double pull outs and their own bathroom!) and we adults had our own space to relax. The deck is amazing and you can’t beat walking to the beach! Tons of fun beach toys and bikes that we will absolutely avail ourselves of next visit.

I grew up in California and fell in love with Silver Strand Beach as it is still unspoiled and uncrowded. Everyone who lives in this small community is very mellow and welcoming. Its like Mayberry by the ocean. We remodeled this house without the intention of renting but are happy to share our beach retreat with others.

This beach house is tastefully decorated and has been totally remodeled with travertine and hardwood floors, thick crown molding, curved walls, skylights, granite countertops in bathrooms and kitchen, stainless steel appliances, walk in doorless travertine shower . All three bedrooms and two bathrooms are on the ground floor and the kitchen, living room and 3rd bathroom are on the top floor along with a wrap around deck. All rooms on the top floor have ocean views which is perfect for relaxing or entertaining while only being steps from the beach.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

The best part of this house is the view of the beach from deck, kitchen and living room as well as being able to walk steps to the wonderfully uncrowded Silverstrand Beach. This house is so far from a public parking lot it is like a private beach just for you. We have very comfortable outdoor furniture for resting outside, listening to the waves and breathing the ocean air.
