Hale Maluhia es una casa única frente al mar en la bahía de Hanalei y es perfecta para recién casados o una pequeña fiesta en busca de una escapada de lujo. Esta es una casa fabulosa se encuentra en Hanalei Bay y está cerrada de forma privada. El sábado por la mañana, el mercado de agricultores y productos frescos está a solo unas cuadras de distancia. La casa está totalmente equipada con muebles y comodidades de lujo. El dormitorio principal con cama King tiene vistas al jardín, TV de pantalla plana con cable y equipo de música. El baño principal tiene ducha / bañera de hidromasaje. La sala de estar ofrece una cama de matrimonio para arreglos adicionales para dormir o área de descanso. Fuera de la sala de estar hay una pequeña área de alcoba con cama doble y medio baño. Los cuidados jardines son muy privados. Las antorchas de tiki revestidas de gas y el cenador del jardín fomentan el entretenimiento y la cena al aire libre.

Esta casa está ubicada en el extremo de la bahía, cerca del spot de surf Pinetrees. La ciudad de Hanalei está a solo cinco o diez minutos a pie. El sábado por la mañana, el mercado de agricultores y productos frescos está a solo unas cuadras de distancia.

Amazing home

The photos looked interesting but didn’t show just how nice everything at the house was. All the doors fixtures and surfaces you touch were so nice. The yard is amazing and was great for the kids to play in between their many trips to the beach. We loved the location. The kitchen had oils and spices so we could make a feast from the farmers market without having to start from scratch.

Amazing location

Couldn't have stayed in a better location. It's the right distance from the beach. The backyard is gorgeous, with a beautifully maintained platns and trees, gazebo and an outdoor shower enclosure. The property manager was very responsive. Wish the second bedroom was a proper bedroom, it's a small enclosed area and our 13 year old didn't want to sleep there. Bathrooms are well stocked and have fairly okay fixtures. Kitchen is equipped with all that is needed for a short stay. the laundry and dryer need to be replaced. You can't sleep when they are on (extremely loud). Overall enjoyed our stay and took some amazing pictures in the back yard and had breakfast in the gazebo.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved this house. It's one of the few beachfront rentals in Hanalei that works best for a couple or small group. The back yard is lovely and peaceful. The gazebo is the perfect perch for hanging out in the rain or sun. The one ding to this place is the lack of privacy with the neighboring house to the right. The two yards are completely open. Continuing the landscaping that starts at the outdoor shower onward towards the beach would create a more private feel for both houses. Hawaii Life was easy and professional to work with. We will be back.

Hanalei Bay Paradise

This place is as good as the photos look, we loved our stay here. The location is great a short stroll across the sand to the beach and a short drive into town. The property was clean and very well provided for. The views of the mountains behind the house are breathtaking. I hope to be back.

Would definitely stay again!

Charming house steps from Hanalei Bay. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love stay here again. The house was well stocked with everything we needed. There was plenty of beach equipment-toys, chairs, umbrella and more.

Family Fun

Great place for 1-4 people/family. Technically there are 3 beds; 1 adult BR, 1 smaller BR for 1 and the living room can also sleep 1. Very clean place, kudos to cleaning crew. We never felt cramped as the back yard really opens up the space. Steps to a couple volleyball courts and then the beach. Summer brings kind of rolling clouds/showers, never really bothered us or got too heavy. There was supposed to be steady rain the following week, which might have put a damper on some stays as it’s not a very large house if you’re stuck inside. AC was great, kitchen got the job done, did fair amount of grilling. Overall, we enjoyed our stay a lot. It’s not cheap, but the location and property really worked for our family of 4. Lots of beach chairs, beach umbrella, boogie boards, etc.

The location was an excellent spot from which to launch our Kauai adventures. We loved the open main room and the doors that open to the outside. The beach was fantastic. That being said, two adjustments must be made to the property. 1) the water pressure in the indoor shower is awful. 2) the outdoor shower should have a door or half door or otherwise be constructed in a more private manner. Despite those small complaints, I highly recommend this home for a small family or couple.

Wonderful little oasis

We have not stayed right in Hanalei before but have loved this quaint, little town with all the wonderful scenery. The home was exactly as described and had all that we needed for our 10 day stay. The yard is beautiful and the proximity to the ocean perfect. Weke Road can be a busy road at times, and the house is surrounded on both sides by homes. The home on the east side is quite close in proximity, and the parking area was directly located next to our bedroom and bathroom. It seems as though it was a family living there and they are up early! With the normal comings/goings of a family it might bother some who would like more privacy. (roosters are up by 4:00 anyway!). The location of the home is close enough that you can walk to town. I'm afraid our experience with the management company, Hawaii Life Vacations, was a little disappointing. This is the 4th time we've rented a home on the island (but using other management companies.) We found out indirectly that the house was for sale and in escrow. The morning after we got there we had to vacate the home for 3 hours for the cable guy. We were not really prepared for that and when you're paying $1,000 per day it's asking a lot! Kahea offered no apologies and was, in fact, quite rude with my husband when he talked with her. They could and should have been more forth-coming and definitely Kahea could have been more considerate and more professional about the situation.

Perfect Spot

Hanalei Bay is a magical place with great restaurants, bars and gift shops. It's all so laid back. I was there about 20 years ago and nothing had changed. It was still this small beach side village, exactly like you see in the movies. And for Hale Maluhia its one of the coolest places I have ever stayed. The pictures do a descent job describing it, but it's even better than the pictures. Hale Maluhia has everything! The kitchen is fully stocked with spices, cook ware and high end appliances. The living room has plenty of room with plenty of seating and the coolest books to read. We were all fascinated with the Taylor Camp book. We felt like we were experiencing a modern day version of the camp. The first thing we did was rent bikes. We rode our bikes into town several times a day. It takes all of 5 minutes to get to town. The best Mai Tai in town was at Tahiti Nui and the best sushi is located at the Dolphin fish market. The house is located on the beach with a large lush backyard. The backyard was incredible! It is lined with gas Tiki torches that would light up the backyard for our nightly Croquet rounds. And the outdoor shower was absolutely the best!! The house is stocked with toys too. We discovered rafts, volleyballs, life vests, sunscreen, grills, coolers, snorkels, masks, beach toys, beach chairs and much more. We even played Monopoly one night, after finding several board games inside. I could go on and on about this house; it's simply the best! The bathrooms and kitchen are all beautiful. The large mahogany sliding doors open up to the sounds of paradise! If you have a small family or two couples, this place is perfect! I plan on making this one of our little honey holes for years to come. Enjoy!

Hale Maluhia was perfect! The house was immaculate and decorated supremely! A very cozy place that was perfect for us! The grounds were impeccable with lots of Aloha!! We ate dinner in the gazebo by the light of torches throughout the grounds! And of course outside the gate is beautiful Hanalei Bay! We took home our memories and cannot wait to come back!!

Awesome getaway

Beautiful spot on the beach, perfect for a solo traveler, a couple or boys trip get-away. With all the huge properties along the beach it was so refreshing to have a "cabin" on a massive stretch of land leading to the beach. It felt like a perfect escape from reality. I'll definitely be back!

Thanks Giving 2016

We've been coming to hanalei for years - in spite of the rain - this was one of the best ever. I've been eyeing and admiring Hale Maluhia from the beach for a very long time and was thrilled to reserve it because its generally ALWAYS booked. The house has an incredible, romantic vibe and the back yard is simple yet luxurious. Treat yourself - you'll be glad you did.
