Ann, we are so sorry to hear that your most recent experience with us was disappointing, and we sincerely apologize for the frustrating and inconvenient issue regarding the driving directions and keyless entry code. This was a rare situation that we will work hard to prevent from happening again in the future. Regarding the Gateway Mountain community, the roads are quite steep but are accessible for incoming guests and emergency personnel. The homes in this private community provide some of the most incredible scenery and seclusion, but the route can be intimidating for some drivers. We hope you will consider staying with us again so we can regain your confidence by finding the perfect home that fits your needs and promises an exceptional stay from start to finish.

The home was cleaned and inspected on the day of your arrival, but as you mentioned, we are always happy to send a housekeeper for a touch-up clean if requested.
