Thank you so much for taking the time to share your feedback we truly appreciate it! We’re sorry the pool felt too chilly during your stay. While our on‑site pool isn’t heated, guests are always welcome to enjoy the Sun ’n Lake community pool, which is heated and available for use. It’s a great option for anyone who prefers warmer water. As for the sofa, we understand comfort can feel different for everyone. The couch also doubles as a sofa sleeper, which can make it a bit firmer than a traditional sofa. Even so, we’ll definitely take another look to make sure it continues to meet our guests’ needs. We’re really glad to hear that you found the condo comfortable overall, with a well‑stocked kitchen and a cozy bed.
