Welcome to your luxurious and modern retreat, just steps away from pristine sandy beaches! As you approach the condo, you'll be greeted by a spacious balcony featuring rocking chairs that overlook the pool. Inside, the open living area welcomes you with tasteful coastal artwork and stylish, comfortable furniture-perfect for unwinding after a sun-soaked day.

The living area seamlessly transitions into a well-equipped kitchen, complete with essential appliances and ample counter space for dining, as well as a table and chairs. Down the hallway, you'll find twin bunk beds, ideal for kids aged 12 and under (top bunk weight limit is 110 lbs). Next to the bunk beds, a bathroom features a tub/shower combo and a vanity with all the necessary amenities.

Continuing down the hall, you'll discover a bedroom with a king bed and plenty of storage, along with a washer/dryer in a separate closet. A sliding glass door leads to a private balcony with a peek view of the beach, where you'll find a table and chairs, plus a beach shed stocked with beach essentials.

Back in the living area, the sofa converts into a bed for additional sleeping space.

Southwind Condominiums in Panama City Beach, Florida, offer a serene retreat on the quieter western end of the beach, nestled between Laguna Beach and Pier Park. This low-density complex features two-story buildings and no waiting on elevators, creating a neighborhood-like atmosphere.

Please note that over time, certain items may be upgraded and replaced, so the decor, rugs and lighting may differ from what is depicted in the pictures, for the better. This condo sleeps 5, regardless of age.

*Please note: we do not provide beach towels; bring your own. No boats, RVs, wave runners, trailers, or motorcycles are allowed in the parking lot.*

We supply linens for all beds, freshly washed and placed on the beds before your arrival. Linens for the sofa sleeper are provided in a chest in the living room for your convenience. Each bathroom comes with a set of towels per guest, and the kitchen is fully stocked for meal preparation.

Located along 27 miles of the Gulf of Mexico’s white-sand beaches, PCB is the perfect spot for relaxation or your favorite beach activities. With 320 days of sunshine a year, enjoy the beautiful backdrop for your vacation, whether watching the sunrise or sunset from the balcony or relaxing on the front porch. Nearby attractions include Shipwreck Island Water Park, Pier Park, Russell Fields Fishing Pier, and Frank Brown Sports Complex, with grocery stores and restaurants just a five-minute drive away.

*Please note that there is no elevator, and the condo is not baby/toddler-proof. We provide outlet covers and cabinet locks for your convenience. Only one parking pass is included, with additional passes available for purchase. Guest are not allowed to cover or remove ring cameras.

We adhere to all cleaning and sanitation procedures in line with CDC guidelines. Only emergency maintenance work orders will be addressed during your stay, while minor issues will be resolved between check-outs to minimize contamination risks.

Check-in time is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 10 AM. Most guests do check out on time, but my cleaner also works for others and typically gets to my place around 1 PM. She needs adequate time to clean thoroughly. I completely understand that everyone hopes to check in early, I do too, even as an owner. However, I can’t rush my cleaner. Please understand that check-in remains at 4 PM. If the place happens to be ready earlier, you’re absolutely welcome to check in then.
