West End Beach Condo w/ Pool & Easy Access
Welcome to Southwinds, your easygoing beach retreat on the quiet west end of Panama City Beach. This 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo is perfect for guests who want a relaxed stay without the crowds, elevators, or parking hassles of high-rise resorts.
Located in a low-density complex with just 88 units, this second-floor condo offers a peaceful atmosphere and simple access to everything you need. Public Beach Access #72 is directly across the street and features a crosswalk with flashing lights—making trips to the sugar-white sand quick and stress-free.
Inside, the condo offers a bright, comfortable living space with a smart TV, roomy sectional, and brand-new queen sleeper sofa. The kitchen is fully stocked for beach snacks or family meals. Step onto your private balcony to enjoy Gulf views and coastal breezes.
Sleeping arrangements include:
-King bedroom on the main level
-Loft with two queen beds and a private full bathroom
-Queen sleeper sofa in the living room
(Sleeps up to 8)
On-site amenities:
-Community pool just steps from the unit
-Pickleball court & putting green
-Picnic gazebos and outdoor shower
-Easy parking directly in front of the condo

- This unit is an upstairs unit (second level) and does have a staircase to get up to it. There is no elevator at this complex.
- Paid parking is $25 per vehicle (covers 1 car — max of 2 per stay)
- Public beach access #72 with crosswalk right across from the complex!
- AGE RESTRICTIONS: The registering guest must be at least 25 years of age and will be held responsible for all parties and/or guests of this reservation. The individual making this reservation must be 25 years old, must be present at check-in, and must remain for the entire length of the reservation.
-No Smoking/Vaping Allowed. To ensure a clean and comfortable environment for all guests, smoking/vaping is strictly prohibited inside the unit and in all surrounding areas, including balconies and patios. If any evidence of smoking is found, a $500 fee will be assessed to cover the necessary cleaning and deodorization costs.
- To get you started, we provide an initial supply of essentials (toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, laundry pods, dish pods, and trash bags) to get you through your first 24 hours. - We recommend you bring your own spices, condiments, sunscreen, coffee pods/ground coffee, coffee filters, bug spray etc. or make your trip to the store after checking in to get anything else you may need for your perfect vacation.
- We're excited to host you! Prior to your arrival, you will receive a digital Welcome Guide containing everything you need for a seamless stay. This guide will include all access codes, WIFI login and password details, and important information about the home. Additionally, the guide features area attractions, local recommendations, and amenities to help you make the most of your stay.
