5 Spring Training facilities in close proximity. It is a 10 minute low traffic drive to Camelback Ranch (Dodgers/WhiteSox)15 minute drive to Mariners/Padres.
Top Golf is walking distance and 5 Full service Golf courses within 15 minutes drive.

Cozy 4 bedroom secure home in good neighborhood. Fully stocked kitchen and air conditioned garage game room. Hi Speed Fiber Internet/wifi is included. Outdoor living: Heated private pool, Hot Tub, fire pit, Covered Patio, Gazebo and BBQ to enjoy those perfect Arizona evenings.

Outdoor living space has been transformed into an area for everyone in the family - Flattop grill with seating, Hot Tub and Pool turn for outdoors games like cornhole , covered gazebo with television for movies and sports, extended patio area for lounging, cooking or sitting around the patio table or bar height fire table. Secure RV parking is also available. Pets are welcome!

Please no primary guests under 27 years old. Strict party rules in place. The house is located in a cul de sac in a great neighborhood, and we want to respect our neighbors. Violation of house rules will not be tolerated. A nest door bell is installed facing the street for your safety.

This is a terrific property literally across from the Stadium. The owner Carl was professional and friendly and very welcoming, and the home was immaculate. Would stay again for sure!

Great location for a Cardinals game, shopping, and dining.

We were in town for a Cardinals game. This is an excellent spot for walking access to the stadium. Plenty of shopping and dining options within a 5 minute drive of this property. Great backyard set up with the pool, hot tub, and outdoor kitchen.

Enjoyable stay in Glendale

The house was wonderful and the host was excellent. We had 6 adults and spent most of our time in the very spacious and well equipped yard with games and covered seating, we even jumped in the heated pool in February. Would recommend if staying in Glendale. It’s within walking distance of Westagate district.

The house was very clean and worked well for our group. It's located in a safe neighborhood and for those looking to attend an event at the State Farm Stadum, it would be within walking distance. I would highly recommend this property.

Perfect location

Home was located across the street from the State Farm Stadium. We were able to walk back and forth from the stadium as needed. Home was very nice and had everything we needed, including a space for our large car trailer. While we didn't get a chance to use the pool we enjoyed spending our evenings relaxing poolside.

What a great experience!

We had such a wonderful time staying in this home. You can tell the owners take great pride in creating a comfortable and beautiful place to vacation. It came stocked with spices which is so important when traveling and wanting to make your own food. The beds are very comfortable. The location is great as it’s just a. Hop and skip away from the outlets and west gate area, as well as the arena, and interstate access. The owners communicated very well and were extremely helpful, kind, and compassionate! We will definitely stay here again! We enjoyed every aspect of our stay!

The host was great. Carl responded immediately to a couple of emails. Kept me in the loop without having to ask for information. Location is fantastic for access to state farm stadium. Short walk. Really cool view of the stadium from the yard. Lots to do, games seating and pool. The outdoor grill was perfect for cooking breakfast outside. Nice to have the outdoor seating area with tv and cover from the shade. Bedrooms and bathrooms were very clean and neat. Kitchen a little beat up but nice. The yard was fairly clean but needs some attention. Cushions on all outdoor furniture has seen a few party pool days and could use some tlc or replacing. But no major issues with the property. Comfortable.

Great house

The location of the house was perfect for attending a game at State Farm Stadium - just a short walk. The house was clean and the communication with the host was excellent. The outside living area was incredibly nice and was ideal for me and my husband but would have been great for a family as well - nice pool and several games to play. Overall great house and great location.

AZ Getaway

Great property in a convenient location to shopping, restaurant, and entertainment. The property itself was clean and well stocked with ample amenities and was a great place for my family to get together for a few days. We did have issues with the AC (not ideal during the hot summer temps in AZ) but the owners kept constant communication with me and was able to send someone out to take care of the AC the same day. They were very accommodating and even offered to have us stay at one of their other rentals while the AC was being repaired but due to the location of their other property (40 min away), we opted to stay in our current rental. I would highly recommend this property and the owners, and would definitely stay at their property again. Thank you Kathy and Carl for your hospitality!

Great family stay!

The property was gorgeous, and just as advertised. Loved the layout of the home, and there was room for everyone. The pantry and fridge were stocked and the laundry room was as well. The pool was amazing, and we were able to walk to a high school graduation at the stadium. Great stay!
