We had a great time at Edgewater 409! Clean, easy check-in, and plenty of supplies. Walking distance to the grocery store was nice. The Winn Dixie had cheap lunch options at the deli.The beach service was a little confusing at first. Be prepared to rent the beach umbrella and chairs as part of your stay.

Great family trip!

The condo was lovely and well kept, with all the comforts of home. The location and amenities made for a wonderful vacation. Some of the elevators were not functioning, but this 4th floor unit was easily accessed using the stairs.

The room was in perfect location of property.. close to the elevator, trash and in the middle which puts you close to the pools and beach. The unit was very nice and furnished well. I’ll definitely try to stay in this unit again!!😊

Great condo!

This condo was just lovely. The decor is beautiful and everything is updated. All of the essentials were included down to shampoo and conditioner in the shower. The icemaker was a bonus! The beds were very comfortable. My only negative was the code that we had to memorize in order to get in. It would have been great if it were something like our address with the date at the end that would be easy to remember! Loved the place though!

The perfect family vacation!

Our family of 5 enjoyed every moment at Edgewater. Thank you for making our stay even more memorable. The condo was immaculate and had everything we needed and we brought the items recommended. Beach service was a dream, we got up early and had perfect spots right on the beach. Our kids played basketball and on the playground everyday. There's a grocery store within walking distance and major shopping just across the street. Couldn't have picked a better location. We will be back!

Beautiful Property - Amazing Location

What an amazing week! This property is stunning and was well equipped with everything we needed to make for a stress-free week with the kids. I agree with others who have stayed that it’s not as renter-friendly since the condos are owned (it’s a hassle getting on and off the property if the guard isn’t on duty) but still very manageable. WiFi was a little weak at times if you’ll be working remotely. The beds were comfortable, everything was clean, and the best part - both the beach and the pool are steps away. We’ll definitely be back!

July 2022 Room 409

We really enjoyed our stay so much. Our room was absolutely beautiful and comfortable. Their were even chairs, body boards, floats and sand buckets available which was nice so then it's less you have to pack. The only complaints we have were the WIFI didn't work very well and was very spot. The cable buffered every 3 seconds in the morning and at night we weren't able to watch TV at all because it said there was a problem. There was Netflix etc, but didn't work either. When we arrived we went in before bringing our bags up. The floors still had sand in every room...I vacuumed 3 times around the entire place before going to get our bags. Then had to clean the bath tub in hallway bc it had a ring around it and sand as well in it. Also, both ceiling fans worked but the string to pull in both rooms were broke off. The one in the bedroom with the queen bed was taped up there. My son went to pull it and string and tape came off. We are big fan people. We even brought our own, but there was one in the master bedroom. Those were the only complaints I had about my room. Everything else was great. Kitchen does have a Keurig and a regular coffee pot, makeup towels to wash face in master bath...my daughter loved. Just don't forget extra washing pods etc, dishwasher pods, napkins, toilet paper and definitely trash bags. We just used the Winn Dixie bags for our trash bags. Definitely, will be back and try other rooms, but would stay here again. We loved our stay.

Good place to own

The condo is very nice. View of ocean is great. Condo had everything you would need except potholders. Lol. The pool is great. The main reason we wouldn’t stay here again is that it is more of an owners property than renters. It was a pain to get back in when you left. When you go to the beach you have to sit behind the owners and could not put your chair near the water. We could bring chairs but no umbrella. There were a lot of rules that were not friendly to guests. This is all a shame since we loved the condo itself. The condo management was very responsive to our questions and we really appreciated that. Miramar beach is beautiful and we will be back soon.

PROS: The condo was perfect. It had everything we needed. Professionally Decorated Pool was nice (even though closed one day). CONS: if we would have rented from condo directly you get more perks, such as free chairs and umbrella. You cannot bring your own umbrella. And if you bring your own chairs you have to sit behind the owners. Also it would help to have a key card to get into gate. Without it you have to get out and go into office every time you return to the condo. Besides the cons, we had great weather and a good time!
