PRIVATE OCEANFRONT 2 bedroom condo in the lovely Laguna Shores gated resort! Condo has WiFi throughout as well as a smart T.V in the living room. You get access to all the amenities such as the 5,000 foot infinity pool, Ocean front jacuzzi, shell collecting, clam digging, beach volleyball, restaurant, tennis court, putting greens, cigar bar, basketball court, beach bike riding, spa services, kayaks, with 24 hour security. Condo is on the ground level and just steps away from the beautiful ocean!

Beautiful quiet location away from the main part of town. Great beach access with more shells than you could ever imagine. Beautiful sunsets and great restaurant staff.

Fabulous Location

If you are looking for easy beach access and a pet friendly stay, this is it. It was wonderful to walk out the patio and be right on the beach! We will be coming back!

Great Getaway

This property was the perfect getaway. Quiet clean and fully stocked kitchen. Approximately 20 minutes outside of town made for a beautiful quiet setting.

Great location. Away from the hustle and bustle but still close enough that you can take care of what ever you may need. The resort restaurant is a little gem. Dinner is excellent and the view is quite nice. Resort pool is large and staff is friendly. The tide really can take the water far out from the main beach but it is the best time to go exploring. The flat areas are covered in crabs and clams. There are shells all over the place. Birds are all over eating and you can take some nice long quiet strolls on the beach.

The area was serene and quiet. Beautiful views and sunsets from the estuary.The patio is really big and convenient to the beach.Unfortunately, on both sides of the patio, there are huge cutouts in the wall that give you zero privacy from your neighbor. This would be a super easy thing to fix it would make a big difference if corrected. On our patio, there is a motion activated BRIGHT light camera that clicked on and off constantly as you try to enjoy the patio at night. Definitely interrupts the enjoyment.The owner is responsive as we had multiple maintenance issues. Responsive in communicating, but didn’t have anyone come over to fix anything. Luckily, there were only two of us in a two bedroom so we were able to make the plumbing and electrical issues work, but definitely not in a convenient manner. Enjoyed walking on the super quiet beach and kayaking at high tide.

Perfect Getaway

Views were amazing! Just steps off the back porch right onto the beach. Host was responsive. The restaurant which is literally steps away was amazing! Lots of amenities. Would stay here again and again.

Great seaside condo

Resort condo, ground level right by the shore. Beautiful. Very close to resort pool, restaurant and activities (kayaks, paddle board, boogie boards). We really enjoyed the tides...extreme low tides with great opportunity to collect shells. Lots of beautiful wildlife, too.

Great place for people with dogs.

The location is great. The condo is as close as it can safely be to the ocean at high tide. At low tide, it is well over a mile to the ocean. Our dogs loved it. The restaurant is upscale, but reasonably priced.

September Stay

Property was great and had everything we needed. Owner was very nice and responded quickly. Unfortunately, we came when the tides were always low so beach and swimming in ocean was not possible during our stay but dogs loved the low tide and beach!

Paradise in Laguna Vista

We are return guest that enjoyed another great experience from a very welcoming check-in. The pool bar always adds another element of entertainment. We also did some excellent fishing!! The resort was extremely peaceful as most families had begun to end their holiday weekend. If you are looking for a relaxing getaway just across the border. Look no further as this is a hidden gem with stunning view of the Sea of Cortez.

A fun little spot

We were pleasantly surprised by this little gem of a spot to stay just outside of Puerto Penasco. North of the busy hotel beach of Sandy Beach by about 15 min, it's nice and quiet. This unit is steps to the resort's pool with a swim up bar. The restaurant has AMAZING food. The pretty estuary is a nice walk down the beach. Best of all, this unit is pet friendly and our doggies had the time of their lives.

Cozy and Relaxing

We had a nice and relaxing stay at Laguna Shores. The resort is just outside the main area of Puerto Penasco. The resort itself is very nice and clean. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The house was clean and cozy. The only setback is that at about 5pm every day the beach tide goes back about a mile or so but it's great for tide pooling. Overall, I would recommend

Honest review

Really clean and very well stocked kitchen. I must have stayed at over 100 rental properties but this was the only kitchen with everything. Condo itself was very clean. This place is perfect for families with little kids because of beach. When tide is up water is only up to knees. So families with little kids to play in sand is perfect. We enjoyed the place because we went to relax and it was perfect for us.

We would stay again

The place was great! Check in and out was easy. We forgot the to bring sand toys for the little one but they had a container with sand toys there so that was very nice. The beds were clean and comfortable. We have been doing this family vacation every year and this has been the most pleasant one. We would definitely stay again. Everything worked, ac unit was great! Nothing to complain about.

Quiet and Relaxing

Overall we enjoyed our stay. As Christmas holiday visitors we almost had the entire resort and beach to ourselves. We loved walking along the beach collecting shells. The tides had the water a.3-.9 mile walk (high vs low tide) but we didn’t mind that. We did miss hearing the waves from the unit. The unit was very clean and well stocked with the essentials. The pool and hot tub at the resort need some tile repair. We loved being a bit removed from town and enjoyed celebrating Christmas here.

Waiting on the tide

Every time we go to Puerto Penasco we stay on or right next to the beach/water. We like to jump in and enjoy the waves and wildlife multiple times a day. This property is on the beach but there is only a window of time during high tide that the water is close enough to enjoy. 75% or our days was waiting on the tide to come in. There is a rec. center, restaurant, and pool but not the ocean to play in.

Great place!

Renting was easy, condo was in tip top shape. Amenities were great. Only issue were the neighbors and the brawl that happened the last night. Security did nothing. But, that's not the condo, that's the neighbors. And unfortunately, you can't choose those! We will be back. Thanks for a great rental!
