Complimentary tennis racquet and balls as well as Volleyball equipment is provided at the Clubhouse for your convenience.  Arrangements can be made for fishing poles if you choose to fish during your stay.  It is a catch and release Lake in Glenbrook.

Other activities include Lake Louisa, which is 10 mins away. Lakeridge Winery offering free wine tasting and only 20 mins away, and close to Margaritaville offering water park, dine in Movie Theater and loads of local Restaurants. Only a 60 minute drive to Florida Gulf Coast offering great beaches such as Clear Water Beach. Fast wifi speed and all smart TVs in bedrooms. Located in a prime location in the Clermont area, just 5 minutes to I-4 for easy access to all of the major attractions. Close to Champions Gate, Posner Park shopping and Publix Plaza, World Class Golf Courses, and perfectly located within 20-30 minutes of all of the popular parks such as Disney World (19 minutes), Universal (26 minutes), SeaWorld (23 minutes), and Orlando Tree Trek Adventure Park (15 minutes)

Our pool villa is easily accessed with our keyless smart lock and is typically the last 4 digits of the primary guest phone number. This will also disarm the alarm. There are 2 exterior cameras. One in the front of the property facing the driveway and one in the back for security reasons. None of our cameras faces the inside of the house.

A private pool and spa sit ready year-round, open 24 hours - and with room for up to 14 guests across five bedrooms and a family room, this is a home where everyone has space to spread out, settle in, and genuinely enjoy the trip. Sleeping arrangementsNine beds across five bedrooms and a family room accommodate the whole group with ease. The first-floor master ensuite is anchored by a king bed and opens directly to the pool area through sliding doors - inside you'll find a standalone shower, a large soaking bathtub, and a bidet. A second ensuite on the upper floor offers a king bed of its own. The remaining bedrooms include a room with 2 queen beds, a themed room with 2 single beds, and a room with 1 full bed and 1 twin bed. Every bedroom comes with a smart TV and ceiling fan. The family room rounds out the sleeping arrangements with a sectional sofa, a queen sofa bed, and its own smart TV. Game room & entertainmentThe air-conditioned game room has a way of pulling everyone in - a 55-inch TV, pool table, foosball table, arcade games, life size games, and board games cover every age and every mood. Younger guests have their own dedicated space in the children's playroom, stocked with books and toys for ages 0 through 10+ and fitted with baby safety gates. For anyone who needs to stay connected or get work done, a dedicated workspace sits in a quiet room with a door. Central air conditioning, central heating, ceiling fans, and room-darkening shades keep the entire home comfortable no matter the time of year. Kitchen & diningThe fully equipped kitchen handles everything from early morning coffee runs to full group dinners without missing a beat. You'll find a Maytag refrigerator, Maytag stove, Maytag stainless steel single oven with built-in air fryer, microwave, dishwasher, blender, toaster, hot water kettle, drip coffee maker, and Keurig coffee machine. Cooking basics, dishes and silverware, wine glasses, and baking sheets are all on hand. A dining table brings the whole group together, and coffee is provided to start each morning. Outdoor livingThe private, fully fenced backyard is made for spending time outside. Sun loungers, outdoor furniture, and an outdoor dining area surround the pool and spa - both open year-round and available 24 hours a day. Pool and spa heating is available for an additional fee. The charcoal BBQ grill is included, and a propane grill is available as an optional rental. A half bath accessible directly from the pool area keeps things practical on long outdoor days. BathroomsThree and a half bathrooms serve the home. The first-floor master ensuite features a soaking bathtub, standalone shower, and bidet. Starter kit toiletries, hair dryers, and hot water are provided throughout. Families & little onesThis home is genuinely set up for families with young children. A crib, pack 'n play, standalone high chair, children's dinnerware, an outdoor playground, and babysitter recommendations are all available, so you can travel with little ones without having to pack everything from home. LocationSet in the Orlando Area, the villa puts guests within easy reach of the theme parks, golf courses, shopping, and local dining. Lake access is available via a nearby path or dock, and a shared gym is located close to the property. Free resort access allows guests to use nearby resort facilities. Four driveway spaces and free street parking are available on-site. Good to knowThe home is pet-friendly (up to 50 lbs with approval). Self check-in is via keypad. A free in-unit washer and dryer, exterior security cameras facing outward, and housekeeping available at an extra cost round out the essentials. 

No restrictions in getting around. Lots of parking and all free. Overnight street parking is not allowed. Overnight parking is available at the clubhouse parking lot. Uber and Lyyft are readily available. Our driveway can fit 4 cars or 2 SUVs.
