Our pool villa is easily accessed with our keyless smart lock and is typically the last 4 digits of the primary guest phone number. This will also disarm the alarm. There are 2 exterior cameras. One in the front of the property facing the driveway and one in the back for security reasons. None of our cameras faces the inside of the house.

Evenings settle softly here, where you can step from the family room to the outdoor space or gather inside for games, movies, and unhurried time together. With room for groups and a setting close to the parks, the home is designed for easy days and relaxed nights.

Sleeping arrangements
Two master ensuites provide comfort and privacy - the first on the main floor with a king bed, smart TV, ceiling fan, rain shower, soaking tub, bidet, and direct pool access, and the second upstairs with a king bed, smart TV, and ceiling fan. Additional bedrooms include a room with two queen beds, a themed room with two single beds, and another room with a full bed and a twin bed. A queen memory foam sleeper in the family room offers extra sleeping space.

Outdoor living
A private backyard features a 15x30 foot pool and spa available all year, along with outdoor seating and a fully fenced yard. A charcoal grill, optional propane grill rental, sun loungers, and access to a half bath just off the patio add convenience throughout the day.

Indoor spaces
The air-conditioned game room includes a 55 inch TV, arcade machines, pool table, foosball, and board games. In the family room, a sectional sofa and smart TV provide space to unwind after time at the nearby attractions. A dedicated workspace in a room with a door offers a quiet spot when needed.

Kitchen and dining
A fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, including a Maytag refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, hot water kettle, and coffee makers, gives you the option to cook meals at home. A dining table nearby brings everyone together for lingering conversations.

No restrictions in getting around. Lots of parking and all free. Overnight street parking is not allowed. Overnight parking is available at the clubhouse parking lot. Uber and Lyyft are readily available. Our driveway can fit 4 cars or 2 SUVs.
