Well-appointed 950sq ft 3 bedroom 2 bath condo that sleeps 8 in the Summit complex located stairsteps below the Snowshoe village, ski school, swimming pool, and pistes. Walk to the slopes, restaurants, and Starbucks in about 5 minutes. This mountain escape is furnished in a modern rustic style with the aim of maximizing coziness. This is not a sterile hotel room, in our home you’ll find enticing textures and extras like snowshoes at your disposal. Come back from a day of skiing and refresh yourself in the jacuzzi bathtub. Enjoy morning greetings from the friendly deer from the back deck as well as breathtaking sunset views from the top of the mountain. This space is great for families and we keep some toys, games, puzzles, and books and our bunk room is designed with kids in mind. Conveniently located yet peaceful with ground floor mountain views, let this be your mountain retreat for skiing, biking, swimming, and hiking. Fireplace is not working and awaiting replacement.

This unit was built in the 80’s and has been kept up-to-date throughout the years with quality finishings like a jacuzzi tub, heated slate floors, heated towel rack, shearling rugs, and a renovated open kitchen. It has never been available to rent until now and we are excited to share it with our guests as a cozy home away from home.

Please note, there is a required 2% Snowshoe Resort Community District fee that is not automatically calculated when you book. The fee is 2% of the nighty rate total. It'll be handled by way of an "additional payment request" after the booking.

Summit is located about 500 feet below the village connected by a series of steep stairs. A free shuttle is available if you do not want to traverse the stairs with your equipment. Additionally the condo is located on the ground floor which is down an unavoidable flight of steps. The unit has a motel style private entry via a public walkway and stairs. The front bedrooms face this walkway and have curtains.

Sleeping Accommodations:

Master Bedroom - Queen bed. En suite bathroom with jacuzzi, walk-in shower with multi angle jets, heated floor, and heated towel rack. Window faces front of the building.

Front Bedroom - Queen bed. Shared bath in hall. Window faces front of the building.

Middle Bedroom - Bunkbed (twin over full futon). Shared bath in hall. There is no window in this bedroom.

Den - Full Futon. Linens provided to make the bed yourself as needed.

Additional Information:

Snowshoe has been limiting the number of lift passes issued and lessons fill up quickly, make sure you are able to book the activities you are interested in before completing your reservation as a lack of lift pass availability is not grounds for cancellation. If the main mountain is sold out, Silvercreek usually has passes.

We have no control over COVID-19 or the weather. Our reservations are strictly non-refundable less than 30 days out from your stay, but you can purchase travel insurance to protect your vacation.

The Kitchen is equipped with cookware and coffee/tea/cocoa. Bringing groceries with you is highly recommended as there are limited options on the mountain and there can be a long wait at restaurants during peak season. Linens, toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo, laundry detergent, dish soap, dishwasher detergent are provided.

Two unassigned parking spaces are included in the rental.

Check in starts at 4:00pm and check out is by 11:00am.

Rules

NO SMOKING, NO VAPING. It is important to keep our place clean and smelling fresh for our guests. Guests will be assessed a $1000 fine if violated.

NO BIKES ARE ALLOWED IN THE CONDO. Guests will be assessed a $300 fine if violated. There is a bike rack outside and bike locker room outside the Mountain Adventure Center. There is a communal bike wash station on the Summit property.

While we love pets the bylaws of the homeowners association do not allow guests to bring their pets. Guests will be assessed a $300 fine if violated.

No groups larger than 10 people. Guests will be assessed a $300 fine if violated.
