Welcome to The Happy Place on the Gold Coast of Ocean City! Park your car, relax and unwind in our bright, modern, spacious 2nd floor condo. Just a short stroll to the beautiful Atlantic Ocean.
We offer free high speed internet, 4 flat screen TVs with cable, 2 off street parking spaces, 3 clean and spacious bedrooms, 2 gorgeous decks for relaxing, a well equipped kitchen, spacious dining table, full size W/D, and cabana shower and closet for beach toy storage. Please bring your own bed linens and towels.
Our lovely retreat is just 1.5 blocks away from the beautiful Ocean City beach. 1.5 blocks away from the Ocean City Public Tennis Courts and 34th Street Sandcastle Park/Playground. Minutes away from the 34th Street/Roosevelt Blvd bridge, so no fighting shore traffic once you arrive on the island. Pick up your groceries at the Acme (at 34th St and Simpson Ave), park behind the retreat with covered parking, and start relaxing!
Start the day with a lovely pastry from Dot's Pastry Shop - just one block away. Dot's first opened its doors in 1947 and has been family owned and operated since then. Their baked goods are prepared daily with love by hands holding decades of experience.
Take a short bike ride to the OCNJ boardwalk and enjoy all the fun that "America's Greatest Family Resort" has to offer - rides, shops, Shriver's salt water taffy, Kohr Brother's frozen custard, Manco and Manco's pizza, Johnson's popcorn, and so much more! Or spend the day shopping in all the quaint shops on Asbury Avenue. Once you're done surfing, swimming, shopping and strolling, enjoy the ocean breezes on one of the lovely patios watching the sun set with a cool beverage. It's time for you to pack your bags and get away from it all to The Happy Place!
