Enjoy this beautifully decorated and well maintained condo in the heart of Ocean City. Convenient to shops, restaurants, boardwalk, entertainment and the beach. This unit has lots of windows, stainless steel appliances, granite counters, hardwood floors, two bedrooms and a remodeled bathroom ready for your next family vacation. There is a large dining room table set for 6 so everyone can spread out. There is also countertop seating for 4. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need.

Clean and beautiful accommodations sleep 6 Max (includes adults and children) with one queen, 1 twin and a full over twin bunk and a pull out queen sleeper sofa.

Bed quilts may change as we try to rotate clean quilts between stays.

Convenient location - easy walk to beach, playgrounds, basketball/tennis courts, bakery, ice cream, WaWa, several restaurants and Acme at 8th street.

PARKING: Street parking is available one half block from the unit in peak season. Guests can unload on the side street and move your car. Off season guests can use the adjacent lot without feeding the meters.

We rent to families and adults only, you must be over 25 years old to rent, no senior week rentals. GUESTS provide own TOWELS, LINENS (sheets and pillowcases), PAPER PRODUCTS and TOILETRIES.

Please note: Check in on arrival date is 4pm and Check out on departure is 10am.

A copy of current driver's license is required upon reservation request. License must be of person assuming responsibility for all terms under lease agreement. A rental agreement must be signed and returned within 48 hours to secure listing. Person signing the agreement must be on premises for the duration of the reservation. No 3rd party booking allowed.

Beautiful Down Town Property

Location was great for downtown area. Property well maintained and really nice for relaxing between beach time and the boards. Owner very responsive and easy to work with.

This property was in a great location and as advertised! Was there with my husband, 6yo, and 1yo and this allowed us the space we needed and access to both the beach and great restaurants. Owner was very responsive!

Great town and very nice apartment

Ocean city is a great family friendly town. This apartment had everything we needed for our stay. The one downside of the property is it doesn’t come with parking and if you have small children and a lot of stuff like us, we found it easier to drive to and from the beach which requires paying different meters throughout the day. Overall a great place to stay when in OC

Clean and decorated cute!

Great location! Super clean and decorated very nice. Kitchen was full of every appliance/dish/utensil that we needed. The beds were very comfortable and we slept great. The only negative- there wasn't a washer/dryer. We'd definitely stay there again.

Truly " In The Heart of it ALL". So many awesome shops, cafes and restaurants so close by. Easy walk to the Boardwalk and beach.The apartment was immaculate and spacious. Beds were very comfortable. Very quite. Didn't hear neighbors or outside noise. Kitchen had everything you could need, well stocked.My host, Holly, was wonderful. Excellent instructions for checking in and she was so helpful helping me navigate the Vrbo process. Prompt response to all my questions. I told my grandkids to hurry up and pick a date for next year so maybe I can get the same property. So many memories of the Jersey shore and this experience added to that!!

Perfect spot for a family of 4!

Holly’s place was the perfect location and size, and offered the amenities our family of 4 (2 adults, 2 kids) needed for a fun trip to kick off the summer. It’s located near tons of shopping and restaurants, and a short walk to the beach and boardwalk. Parking options were very convenient with metered/ParkMobile spots right in front or in the lot beside (~$5/day) or free parking a few blocks away. Holly was very friendly, provided detailed instructions, and was a great communicator. She obviously takes pride in ownership, and it can be seen in the details, quality, and cleanliness of the condo, amenities, and decor. The kitchen, dining, and living area were spacious. The sleeping arrangements were nice, and my kids loved the bunk beds! Everything was perfect, and we’d definitely book again!

Bright, quiet and comfortable

Beautiful and open layout to the property, kitchen very well equipped, refrigerator pretty good size as well. The property had an elevator that came in very handy for my 82-year-old mom getting to the 3rd floor. It was 0.4 miles to the boardwalk which was not ideal for lugging around my little kids (3 and 6 years old), but the flip side of that was having a very quiet dwelling for naps and nighttime. Price point was also favorable based on distance from the beach. That being said, it was good to walk off all the fries, pizza and ice cream that we consumed. The parking lot right next to the property was also super convenient for when my sister would come to visit. No fighting for a parking spot like I had to visit her near Ocean and 11th. I would 100% stay again!

Family vacation

Holly’s place was great and just as described. Easy walk to the beach and shops on Asbury. The space was clean and my girls loved the bunk beds! There was plenty of room for a a family of 4 and a visitor or 2. Things to consider when renting this space so you’re accurately prepared 1.) There is no laundry on premises so make sure you bring plenty of extras or there is a laundromat a short walk away. 2.) There is only street parking but if you’re lucky you can find a spot a block away for free. 3.) There is no bathtub so if you have small children it may be an issue for a long stay. 4.) They provide beach tags for up to 6 people which is great! 5.) the condo is on the 3rd floor but there is an elevator to bring up all of your things. We had a good amount of stuff and we’re able to make it in 3 trips in the elevator no problem! We would definitely recommend this space and would love to stay again!

Ultimate clean comfy condo

Absolutely best rental experience. Owner was extremely attentive. Always responded quickly to my messages. Condo was so beautiful and over my expectations. We cooked in everyday and was amazed at how fully stocked the kitchen cabinets were. Very clean and comfortable. PERFECT IN MANY REGARDS! I can not think of anything negative during our stay. I really appreciated the security system. Made us feel completely relaxed and safe. Thank you Holly for such a delightful experience 😊 Will definitely consider rebooking next year!

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was at a great location. It is a corner unit and has windows on 3 sides. It is close to the shopping and restaurants on Asbury Avenue. The apartment was lovely. We would stay there again.

Holly is the best Host !

You can’t go wrong with staying on Asbury. Location was ideal. Don’t worry about parking. I parked daily in the lot behind the condo for about $3 per day (download the app) overnight is free. Just pay the daily daytime fee. Keyless entry was great. Never worried about losing keys. Perfect size for my 14 yr old daughter and I. The only downside is lack of mirrors since there is just one bathroom. If you have 4-5 guests you can manage with one bathroom but more mirrors is a must to do hair and makeup ! It’s a short walk to the boards and tons of places to eat close by. Holly was very easy to communicate with and we will definitely rent this condo again !

Perfect getaway with my kiddos!

Me + my children ages 4 and 7 stayed at this adorable home for a few nights this summer and it truly was the perfect space for our needs! The proximity to Acme was so convenient, especially because the fully equipped kitchen was well sized for making meals and prepping to-go lunches for the beach. The walk to the boardwalk was about 12 minutes down 7th St which puts you right at Gillian's Wonderland to do the rides and/or walk onto the beach. My kids actually enjoyed our strolls to/from but if they were younger it still would have been a very easy walk with a stroller. The only amenity I'd love to see added would be a washer/dryer to be able to pack a little less and not have to do laundry when I got home but that is more of a nice-to-have and not a necessity, especially given the (amazing) ability to do a <1 week stay! With little kids, sometimes a week is just too long so I really appreciated the ability to do 4 nights at a reasonable cost..it is hard to find that combo in OCNJ during the summer. Thank you Holly for a great stay...we will absolutely be back!

Family Vacation

I love that the property was right in the town. The best coffee shop in town called Jon & Patty's Bistro (It is a MUST to go into) was only a half a block away. All the shops were all so close too. We have 2 kids so we decided to drive and park our vehicle closer to the beach since we had so much to take for the day. My family was so impressed when they walked in and said WOW this is so NICE. I loved it because the kitchen was modern and LOVED there is an air fryer to cook for my picky eaters. The bathroom was very clean and modern as well. The master suite bed was so comfortable that I slept so well every night. The living room couch was perfect for our family when we decided to have a movie night one of the nights we spent there. OH and there is an elevator to get to the condo!! Highly recommend this property and the manager is a great communicator and is so nice and helpful. We said if we come back with just our family again we will rent here again.

Fantastic stay

Girls Weekend

Holly was a wonderful hostess! She was in contact often, was flexible with our check in and check out times, and was readily available if needed. Adorable apartment in the perfect location

I stayed here with a friend for a girls weekend and we absolutely loved our stay! The location was perfect-near all our favorite Asbury Ave shops, and a few block walk to the beach. The apartment was super clean and so quaint! Would definitely recommend Holly as a host as well. She was very clear and thorough with her communication and so friendly. Thank you, Holly!
