Welcome to our beautiful 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo – your perfect beach oasis! This ground-level unit offers all rooms on a single floor with just a few steps to enter, making it ideal for guests with mobility needs. Conveniently located, the property is only steps away from a jitney shuttle that runs continuously between 55th Street and North Street, providing easy access to Ocean City’s attractions.

Our spacious Southend condo features an open floor plan, a modern kitchen with all the essentials, and stunning hardwood floors. With a comfortable sleeper sofa in the main living room. Outside, you’ll find a cozy covered porch, a private outdoor shower for rinsing off after a day at the beach, and a dedicated driveway parking spot.

A wonderful base of operations near the beach. Outfitted with (almost) everything a tenant might need--except fresh groceries. Comfortable bed and furniture, TVs, washer-dryer. We felt at home, and would come back again!

Fantastic Spot by the Shore!

We celebrated my wife's birthday here, and it was perfect. It's a beautiful space and very close to the beach. Perfect for any season to go and relax. We loved every second at this property and can't wait to stay here again. The check-in/check-out processes were seamless as well. It was wonderful!

Beautifully decorated home, fully stocked with everything we needed for a great time at the beach!! We used the kitchen almost every meal and it had everything we needed. With games and beach equipment already there, it was a fantastic time. The shortest 3 block walk to the beach ever - with only the depth of 2 houses per block it took us maybe 2-3 minutes to walk out to a wide, flat beach. The gas fireplace throws a lot of heat and make the space super cozy on a cool evening. Very quiet too - even on a holiday weekend! Hosts were easy to reach and offered additional amenities before we arrived - I may take them up on stocking the fridge ahead of time on another visit! Overall great space for our family's needs.

The perfect getaway at this adorable beach house!

We stayed at this property and had the absolute best week! The house was perfect! We arrived and it was so clean and ready for us. The house provided everything we needed and it was super close to the beach! There was ample sleeping space and everyone was comfortable all week. I highly recommend this property!

Great house for a great trip

Property was exactly as described and perfect location. It was walking distance to the beach. We drove to the boardwalk one evening and it was about 12 minute drive. This house is nestled in a quiet neighborhood which was perfect for our family. My kids already want to go back next year.

Good choice!

Overall, it was a nice property. The covered porch was lovely for enjoying our morning beverages and sitting out in the evenings. Laundry was convenient and easily accessible. Having beach chairs available and a cart for carrying things to the beach was helpful. It was a nicely stocked kitchen. The place was very clean and we felt comfortable there. Excellent accommodations overall.

Wonderful visit!

I was definitely impressed with the cleanliness of the condo and the amenities. The beach is close by as well as playgrounds for the children. The only disappointment was the fireplace. Unfortunately it didnt work. But overall, we would like to rent this condo again when the weather is warmer!. Thank you and looking forward to being back in the summer!

Perfect ocean city retreat

We had a wonderful time staying in Ocean City! This was my first experience staying on the south end of the island and it was the perfect quiet location. The house was comfortable and clean and had everything we needed for a perfect mini vacation. The owners were super communicative about a slight issue that happened prior to our stay and had it fixed immediately without any disruption to our vacation. There was plenty of room for our multiple pack n plays and everything we needed in the kitchen to prepare our meals. We will definitely be back!

Comfortable getaway

Me, my husband and 4 kids stayed comfortably there had no major issues. Beds were comfortable an it was nice an clean! I would def book again for our next vacation. If I had to give some feed back I’d say the back part of the couches on the big couch seem a bit worn so I sat on the smaller couch which was super comfy and the screen door I would probably take it off. Other than that the stay was perfect and very smooth transition from home life to vacation life. They also had a cabinet full of board games which our kids loved!

Do Not Recommend - Significant Pest Infestation & Poor Host ConductWe were forced to vacate this property immediately upon arrival due to a severe pest infestation. We documented a live mouse, droppings, old traps, and other pests, making the condo unsafe for our family.When we reported this, the host company, Heavenly Rez, repeatedly contacted us outside the Vrbo app, pressuring us to cancel the booking ourselves in exchange for an off-platform refund. This was highly unprofessional and against Vrbo's policies.We had to escalate the issue directly with Vrbo support. After reviewing our evidence, Vrbo intervened, and the host ultimately canceled the reservation and issued a 100% refund.While we appreciate the full refund, this experience was unacceptable. We cannot recommend this property or any property managed by Heavenly Rez given the hazardous conditions and the host's conduct.

Too much furniture on the front porch. Need to fill the sides of the new walkway with dirt. Grass was level with sidewalk, but no dirt underneath. Fell down when I stepped on it.

The property is as advertised with a great location and very good communication with the owners. Highlights were the central air conditioning working well and extremely quiet. Laundry and beach closet with lots of chairs, caddies, and other gear. And the linen service is great. The condo is first floor so you're subject to foot traffic noise from second floor (but that was expected). On things the owner could improve: the bunk beds are extremely noisy/squeaky. They either were not assembled properly or were misused. The bedrooms are close together so any moving on the bunks was very loud and caused some overnight wake ups.
