This is a cheerful clutter free well appointed cottage with a 6 ft privacy fence, and a nice enclosed yard with a gas gril. So relax and enjoy your home away from home. It is surrounded by green space and there is space available for RV's and boat.
It is located 10 minutes from down Fairhope and boat launch to Mobile Bay, Fish River, and Magnolia River is 5 minutes away.

The house was nice. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was close enough to our son and family and they allowed our dog. There was a fenced in yard so that was convenient. Grocery stores, restaurants and anything else you might need is very close. Thank you!

This was an adequate property, though dated. Everything worked and you can tell the owners were trying to have "things" needed, to be there. We certainly appreciated the modern washer/dryer, dishwasher, and a very cold refrigerator/freezer. They definitely need some kind of hooks in the bathrooms for the towels. We "got along" fine without, but, some kind of bathroom safety bars, rail, or "something to hold on to, but that would have been convenient even for us. (we're old, but pretty mobile) The only negative I'm going to mention other than "dated, is that "the girls" felt the tubs, the sides, weren't perfectly clean. I didn't notice, but they said they needed more cleaning. We had two chihuahua's with us and the yard was perfect in the enclosed area. Very very good Internet service, no issues. Again, everything worked perfectly, and a good supply of various supplies were "on-hand" when we arrived. We were visiting family living in Fairhope and would consider this property again for another visit. We felt the price was OK and the property simply "met our minimal needs" just fine for this visit.

Good for Pets

The property was a good choice for traveling with our two senior dogs due to the ample fenced yard and relative privacy and the host was very gracious and accommodating before and during our stay. There is another house being built right up next to it though, so may affect privacy feel after that is done. Although furnishings were old fashioned for our taste and a bit worn in some cases, again, it’s dog-friendly so appropriate. The 3 queen size beds were equally very firm and seemed small, especially for my over 6 ft husband who ended sleeping in a separate bed after first night because he was just too tall to fit without knocking me out of bed. That said, would stay again under same circumstances (family funeral) due to its proximity to our local relatives and suitability for pets.

Great location for us

We had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. It was nice to have the fenced yard for our 10lb spoiled little dog! She's a runner if she gets loose so this allowed her to be free without a leash. We would and probably will stay here again. Very close to Fairhope and about 30-40 mins from Gulf Shores.

Spacious Home Fit for a Family

The home is nicely furnished, well kept, and in a quiet area. You do have to drive about 5 miles or so for restaurants or any downtown entertainment but not so bad. The host was very responsive to any questions we had. Would recommend.

Great Location and House

The house was located in a great spot. We were visiting family in the Fairhope area and had a great experience. The property owner was very communicative and was happy to help with any requests. Great house!

Plenty room. Clean Little hard to find but was due to address change and lot or property location. Might re do the picture on line. Looked for a match of the front on house and it’s behind the fence. Lithe confusing. Otherwise great deal.

The property was hard to find, especially at night. The house was small and cute but the furniture is old and needs cleaned. I did not allow my small to run around outside because the grass was knee high.

Perfect for Dog Families

Cute and clean house with the perfect backyard for dogs. The fully fenced yard is surrounded by fields on two sides and a driveway on one side, which makes it ideal for a reactive dog who needs some space from neighbors. It sits far enough back from the road that it’s very quiet inside. MaryLouise was very responsive and the check-in/check-out process was quick and easy.

Quiet place

Clean & quiet house with comfy beds. Quiet neighborhood with a fenced in front yard for our dog. A little outdated and could definitely use towl hooks or racks for the bathrooms. The masterbath's water would not get hot. The house has the basics. This was our 1st time booking through Vrbo and found the cleaning fees to be steep. All in all, it was ok for a last minute find. The host communicated well.
