The pool and spa are open for use as of April 11, 2025. 2 bedroom 2 bath beachfront front condo. Incredible sunset view from the balcony. The complex has a private beachfront pool and hot tub which walks out to the white, sandy gulf beaches. Newly remodeled fully functional kitchen. Just minutes from Clearwater and St Pete. Amenities galore.

Vacation time

We had good family holidays,very nice and clean apartment with everything you need, building it is very close to the beach wich is perfect but there was a lot of noise due the construction.

We had a wonderful trip. Host was very responsive. Amenities were great. Elevator did go out but that was out of the hosts hands. My family enjoyed their stay and look forward to visiting again.

The condo is very nice, plenty of space, quiet and clean. It needs to provide more paper products for the quests intended time of stay. We had to buy more paper towels tp and napkins. Also need more teaspoons and larger spoons. The dryer took forever to dry a small load of clothes. Most of the dishes in the cupboard had food or grease on them as the dishwasher does not seem to clean them well. Last suggestion for more kitchen towels. We did enjoy our stay. Thank you

the stay was good great views. the ac went out but they was rite on it and fixed it.the unit could use new pots and pans the one pan it had was horribl but the building is nice great location and great views.

The location is amazing. The view from the balcony was beautiful. We had some issues with the washer/dryer and the AC but the owner offered help right away. Inside is a little dated with some small repairs needed but it was comfortable. We had a really good vacation.

Great Time

The location was great. It was even closer to the beach than what I could tell from the online description. The condo was clean. We really liked the wagon and the chairs provided. The sunsets were beautiful. My only complaint is I wished there were a few more cooking pans and a few more mixing bowls. It was great having the washer and dryer too. Would definitely stay here again.

Relaxing Stay

Property was as described. The owner was very responsive. There were two of us traveling, single females. The area felt safe. The beach area felt private although there were people on the beach. This area of the Gulf Beach is not crowded. The sunsets were amazing, being on the 5th Floor offered a perfect view. The unit was spacious and clean. It’s on the beach and both bedrooms and living room offered views of the Gulf while relaxing in the bed or on the sofa. The owner had everything you’d need for the beach, chairs, umbrellas, wagons, toys, etc. The unit was well appointed. The Bird Sanctuary is next door but you won’t hear the birds too often. Great easy access to the beach. The pool and jacuzzi face the beach, offering amazing sunsets. The San Remo is a great gem, you won’t be disappointed renting here.

Excellent

The Condo was very clean and cool when we arrived. We were actually very surprised to how big and spacious the unit is! The beds seem new and very comfortable. There are plenty of linens for beds, pillows, beach towels available, The condo was stocked at least to start you off with soaps, toilet paper, paper towels…ect. They have all kinds of beach equipment available. Several beach chairs, coolers and a beach wagon, sand toys for kids and pool floats. The bird sanctuary is right next door but from inside the Condo you would have never known. When you’re sitting in the balcony you can hear then squawking and chirping but it didn’t bother us. The views and sunsets from the balcony are unbeatable! Dolphins in the mornings and sunsets in the evenings it was perfect. The host texted back/called immediately when I reached out and was very helpful. I will 100% return with my family to this condo. The pictures added were all taken from the balcony.

Spring Break

Spent a relaxing week here. The building needs some work after the hurricane. The unit was comfortable with a great sunset view. Some additional furniture on the balcony would be nice.

Early March Get Away

Overall, we had an awesome stay. The host was very responsive with any minor items or questions we had. It was a great area to walk to any bars and restaurants.By no control of the host the pool and hot tub was not up and running, which is the only reason I did not give the full rating of five star.

We had a great time. Condo was clean and had everything we needed. Due to the past hurricane in the fall, the pool was not yet finished but it was a bad hurricane after all. Would stay again.

Great Place to Stay

This property was exactly as described. We had a great time relaxing on the beach and watching dolphins and collecting shells. The only thing we couldn't figure out was how to work the TV, but that was okay, we had a great time and have no complaints!!! Highly recommended to stay here!

Beautiful Island views

Location was wonderfully set between the ocean and canal with easy walk to beach, alongside pool entry. Bird sanctuary next door was cool to overlook. Birds weren't overly loud. We watched them hang out in the tree canopy. Cool place to visit. Grocery was nearby 5 minute drive in either direction. St Johns Pass was also very close at 15 minutes. We saw a dolphin there while dining at Crabbys. Host was very attentive and made sure we were able to access the suite easily. They had a wagon, tent and alot of toys to take to beach. They also had coolers to take there. This was a well thought out condo for features. Kitchen and dining room both looked remodeled with newer furniture. We would stay here again!

My first time ever with VRBO, our host Doug was good at communicating with me and helped take care of my needs when there. The property had a nice pool and very short walk to the beautiful beach.

Pictures are accurate,clean, comfortable beds, spacious,kind friendly people,great low key area not overly crowded. Plenty of restaurants & shopping within the area. Key locks could use some updating on the pool area and common area . Thank you for a great June vacation.

8We stayed for a week in June and this condo was A+. Affordable and well kept. Owner was super quick to reply when we got lost. FYI if the VRBO says 18302 it's 18320, I apparently can't read messages. In any case, great location, take the trolley, enjoy this gem.

Sisters extra long weekend

This condo was perfect for my two sisters and I. Location was perfect and close to everything you need. The owner and property manager were excellent to work with and responded quickly to any questions, before during and after trip. The kitchen is well stocked with quality supplies and utensils. I’m a frequent traveler to this area and I now have a go to property. I can’t say enough about the view the distance and access to the beach have never been better. You can’t and won’t go wrong in selecting this unit. All three of us enjoyed our visit and our stay.

Amazing

This property was better than the pictures! The kitchen is big, has plenty of space and all kitchen items that you may need. The two bedrooms are roomy and have plenty of space. The second bathroom is small, but is functional and updated. They have all beach items that you may need an umbrella, chairs, sand toys and a wagon. The boogie boards were broken, so we bought two and left them, so you have all you need for the beach. They provided enough beach towels too. The location was great, just a few steps from the beach. The pool was small but so nice! The only downside is there were no lights at night in the pool area. They have two outside grills that are big and nice. This place is prefect if you want to be close to the beach and away from people.
