Welcome to Redington Shores and this beautiful Beachside Condo with newly remodeled Beachfront heated swimming pool, spa, grills, restrooms, showers and a Cabana for afternoon shade. Enjoy our expansive beach boasting sugary white sand and sapphire waters. Our condo was recently updated and and includes 9 ft ceilings, remodeled kitchen, new windows and Hurricane rated sliding glass doors. Have a day of fun in the sun on this gorgeous quiet beach with umbrella, sand toys, beach towels, cooler and cart provided. You will love the gorgeous views of the Gulf and the intercostal of Boca Ciega Bay from the 25 foot balcony(accessed from both bedrooms and the living room) with your early morning coffee or an afternoon cocktail. Home away from home with everything you need to enjoy your vacation, including a stocked kitchen, washer/dryer in the unit, wifi and cable. There are TV’s in both bedrooms so everyone has a place to unwind. Close to many attractions including Sea Coast Bird Sanctuary next door, walking distance to parks, fun bars, breakfast & coffee shops, and two of our favorites- ice cream at Candy Kitchen, and pizza at Beach Pizza. Catch the Trolley for a small daily fee and travel up and down Gulf Blvd north to Clearwater and South to the famous John's Pass and on to Treasure Island. Bush Gardens is just 35 mins away and Tampa and Clearwater airports are about 25 mins. So much to do and Sea La Vie at San Remo is right in the middle of it all!

Fun family vacation

We’ve been to this area in the past and wanted to come back with kids and grandkids. Condo was as advertised and had what we needed for meals etc. there were plenty beach towels and beach toys

This condo is a little piece of heaven on earth. It was perfect for us , we had the best , most relaxing and peaceful vacation we have ever had. Patrick and Candace have thought about everything you could need in a home from the tin foil and sandwich bags to beach gear to the most comfortable bed . The view from the balcony is amazing, seeing water on both sides was beautiful. Redington Shores is a perfect place to stay as it is a little beach town and not busy like the bigger beach towns . I hope we will be able to come here again , we didn't want to leave at the end of our stay ,

Great place, great stay

Everything about this condo was great! Owners are awesome to work with and take great pride in this clean and beautiful property. Easy access to the beach in a quiet spot along the coast. Highly recommend!

Patrick the owner was incredibley accommodating and very helpful. The condo is gorgeous, really has that beach getaway vibe. The location can't be beat. Right by the beach, restaurants, stores, ice cream all within walking distance. If you're looking to stay in the area, don't miss out on Sea La Vie!

Great Location

This was our first time at Redington Beach. Spent years staying at St Pete. I wish we had known what we were missing just a bit up the beach a bit. Had a wonderful time and the condo was lovely. Well equipped with all the comforts of home. Will definitely go back!

Wonderful week in Paradise!

My daughter and I had a great time! The condo is well stocked with kitchen items, greatly decorated, has wonderful views, and modern laundry appliances. It is right on the shuttle route that goes up to Clearwater and down to St Pete Beach on Gulf Blvd. Owners are great communicaters Pool area is nice,because you can be in shade or sun.

Winter getaway

Property was exactly as described. Plenty of beach towels and sand chairs. Pool and hot tub were directly on ocean with beautiful views. Condo was spotless and smelled so nice and clean. Everything was perfect. And they had a Keurig! Nice surprise.

Christmas vacation

I brought my 4 children on vacation for Christmas this year. First time using Vrbo. And so happy we did! Beautiful condo, nice area and wonderful hosts. They had recommendations and flexibility for our needs. The condo was very clean, comfortable and the “beachy” decor was perfect! As a single mom, I felt safe staying there. I’ve shared their listing with family and friends that want to visit as well.

Lovely

Perfect location right on the beach. The owners, Patrick and Candy, are very responsive to any question or issue. This is our 2nd winter staying here for a couple months. Everything you want or need is here. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. Beautiful sunrises and and sunsets can be viewed from the condo. Thank you very much!

Top notch!

As having owned a beach rental property, we are very picky when we search for a place to stay for our family. This place had it all! The amenities were outstanding, had all the comforts of home and communication with Patrick was exceptional. 5 star condo! And the entire building/property was very clean and loved that it had grocery carts available for when you returned with a car load of groceries, it made it so easy to haul up to your unit. We definitely wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!! Thank you Patrick and Candi!

Wonderfully appointed and excellent location

My family of 5 just stayed for a week at Patrick and Candi’s condo. The place was great! It was very clean, the beds are comfy, and it is right on the beach. The heated pool and hot tub are super clean and never busy. Redington Shores beach is more of a locals beach and had a ton of shells for my boys aged 5 and 6 to find. The best thing about their place is they literally have every amenity you can think of. For example, they had a packnplay for our 1 year old, a very nice beach cart, beach toys and chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, a backpack cooler and even a portable Bluetooth speaker! The kitchen was well stocked and plenty of usb plugs everywhere. The location of condo is close to some excellent restaurants as well! I have never stayed at a place so well thought out! We will definitely stay here again in the future!

A week on a beautiful beach

Patrick & Candice were wonderful hosts. Available when we had a question or issue! Beautiful beach—-we’ve visited many times in the San Remo complex. We noticed, however, that the complex building itself needed repainted and taken better care of. The beach toys, umbrellas and wagon made our beach trips so much nicer! Thank you! For our family, we found we just needed more space. A wonderful beach and area to spend time at! There was an issue with cleanliness but the owners have hired a new cleaning crew for others in the future and we are sure this issue will be taken care of by them. They want their renters to be happy and pleased!

Perfect holiday hideout

We had a wonderful week resting and playing between the holidays. The unit is spectacular with great decor and all the items you need to enjoy the sand in comfort. We didn’t bring a single beach toy, towel or umbrella because the owners made sure the unit had it all. We were traveling with 4 small children so this was especially convenient for us. The kitchen was stocked with all the appliances and cooking necessities to allow us to make food in most nights. We ate out once at the Conch Republic and had a fantastic meal. It is Walking distance to many parks and playgrounds as well as the bird sanctuary and Candy Kitchen for ice cream. It’s a quiet area but close to everything. The pool temp was perfect and allowed for swimming even on a chilly day and the hot tub was very relaxing and big. We utilized the washer and dryer multiple times during our stay and they were great & very easy to work. My favorite thing about the whole stay was being able to lay in the master bed and drink coffee while watching the sunrise over the intercoastal. Sunsets were very beautiful from the balcony as well. We had a great trip and would definitely stay here again if we come back to the area. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

We stayed here for a week. We loved how close it was to the beach and pool area. Patrick and Candace did a phenomenal job making this feel like home! If we had any questions they were always quick to respond. They have all of the items you would need to have a perfect beach day! I would recommend this to anyone going to stay in that area. Dream Vacation

Our stay could not have gone any better. Patrick made the check in process a breeze. The condo was immaculate, beautifully decorated and well stocked. There was nothing we needed which was not available in the condo. The property included a recently renovated pool which had a gate leading directly to the beach. The large condo balcony afforded beautiful views of the gulf and bay. There are several nice restaurants within walking distance and many more just a short drive away. We can't say enough good things about the San Remo property.

San a remo Beauty

We have stayed in this unit for 3 years, this year under new ownership. Lovely decor upgrades but still all the things I love about San Remo. Convenient to the beach and great pool and hot tub. I wish we could have gotten this unit for 2023. Owners very responsive but we didn’t get opportunity for first refusal for 2023.

Our property is clean and updated and close to just about everything! The Jolly Trolly or Bus System runs up and down Gulf Blvd to Clearwater and South to St. Pete Beach. An elevator and carts make getting to the condo with your groceries, easy.
