Short vaca stay

Overall the stay was amazing!!! Great quiet neighborhood location with short walk to beach!! 10/10 recommend staying here and would definitely come back ourselves!

Great beach house!

The place was very clean. Plenty of room for everyone. Tons to do, volleyball pit in the yard. Views of the Gulf were outstanding! Very easy to contact host and quick responses.

Perfect getaway!

We drove down from Houston for few days during spring break, and this was the perfect spot. In the gated community, it felt quiet and safe, but also close enough to both the Galveston Strand and Chrystal Beach to visit both. My older kids had fun driving a golf cart along the beach while I enjoyed my morning coffee on the balcony. The property is clean and roomy enough for a very large group, although ours wasn’t as big. The volleyball court on the property was also a hit. It was perfect!

The overall property was lovely. A few items were worn or damaged. My guest complained about the cleaning in one of the bathrooms but overall I would absolutely return. The owner was extremely supportive. He communicated throughly and was extremely supportive. In my opinion, due to the amenities, support, and overall esthetics it was truly a 9 out of 10 and I will return next April.

Fantastic FantaSea!!

This is the second time we've rented this house. Love the location to the beach. The view is perfect! The house is set up and accompanied 13 of us wonderfully. We rented the extra room for our 5 kids and the golfcart was a great addition, if you need it for space and taking our chairs, tents and coolers to the beach. We' definitely be back.

Great group house!

We needed a nice place to stay in the Galveston/Boliver area over New Years and found Fantasea in Biscayne Bay and it was terrific! House is perfectly located with direct views (and sounds) from the beach and a wrap around porch that was gated and pet friendly. Kitchen was well equipped for cooking meals on site, beds and linens were very comfortable,, the house was very clean and decorated well. The property manager was very responsive and helpful and answered all of our questions quickly. We really enjoyed our 5 day stay over New Years and will absolutely come back for a future stay. Thank you!

Absolute Amazing!

We enjoyed every minute at this incredible beach house. Lovely location, beautifully decorated and plenty of room for all of us. We also rented the Bonus room which was beautiful and roomy. The golf cart was so convenient and great for rides on the beach! Kids loved the volleyball court. I just can't say enough! BiscayneFantaSea is our new favorite get away!

Beautiful property and view

Gated community. Very easy check-in. 13 of us stayed Monday through Sunday. We had 3 daughters with 2 spouses, and 6 grandkids ages 5, 7, 8, 8, 13, 13. Sand volleyball court on property was a hit. New outdoor rocking chairs but no chaise lounge chairs. Must bring your own chairs and beach towels for the beach. Plenty of beds for all and nicely decorated. Beds could use an egg crate pad, but just our preference. Lots of storage. Kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, all appliances, silverware. Large table and chairs and wood stools around the island to seat all 13 of us plus more. Washer and dryer. Ice maker works. Plenty of parking. Almost at the end of the beach by the ferry so pretty quiet almost private beach. Will definitely stay here again. Owner and host were readily available for any questions that came up.

Fantastic

So, I’m not a well-seasoned vacationer. The vast majority of my travel has been for work or school; I’m a little new to this. That said, it was easy and so much fun. The location is quiet, and the beach (accessed by bridges) was clean and well maintained. The pictures do not do justice for the place - it was huge. The ferry to Galveston was either easy as could be, or a two hour wait. There’s some great fishing by the bay. I would suggest a cast net for live bait under a cork in the current. We had a wonderful experience and recommend it highly.
