The ultimate in luxury, this 2nd row, 3 bedroom, 3 full bath beach house has all the amenities, incredible views and is in a beautiful gated community with a secluded and nearly private beach. One of the closest neighborhoods to the ferry service from Galveston, the Biscayne is truly the gem of the peninsula with its breathtaking views of the beach, only a single main street and two rows of homes. The neighborhood has private lakes in secluded cul de sacs giving every window of the house a water view. This is truly paradise! Master bedroom features a King bed and a spa style suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 has a Queen and an attached bathroom with a tub/shower combination. Bedroom 3 has a queen bed with a bathroom in the common area just outside its door. Full kitchen with refrigerator, dishwasher, standard drip coffee maker, cookware, microwave, toaster, blender, cooking utensils, oven, and stove. Pets allowed with fee. Strictly no smoking, please. Have you been spoiled enough lately? You won't want to miss this chance to give yourself the luxury that you deserve after the grind of real life gets the best of you. This place has everything and a little extra just to make sure you aren't left wanting anything. Great Summer Annual Vacation

Beautiful home in a very nice secluded neighborhood. Carlos and April were amazing hosts. Very prompt with responding and also checked in with us throughout our stay. We take annual family vacations to beach and would stay here again! Thanks April and Carlos

Quick holiday weekend getaway

We had a lovely time at this property. Lots of room for our family to spread out, the home was clean and comfortable. The host were so kind and very responsive. Would definitely recommend!

Wonderful property and owners

Our 3 night stay was fantastic. House was perfect for our family and everyone had plenty of space. Close to beqch with a short walk. Ponds behind house were perfect to watch wildlife.

Beautiful home

Stayed at this home with our family and it looks just like the online pictures and the location is perfect, a few steps from the beach. The home was very clean and well stocked with all the supplies we needed. We will definitely rent this again in the future!

Our very favorite place

We come to Bolivar every summer, and have for probably 15 years. This was our favorite place we have ever stayed. Super clean, nicely decorated, very comfortable. Views and location were great. Didn't wanna leave! All 10 of us had plenty of space. The best.

Very Relaxing!

Very nice house. Equipped nicely, well kept, great layout. Short walk or golf cart to the beach. Quiet area of the beach. Very nice neighborhood. Will definitely consider again for next summer.

We had a little issue with the grill not lighting on the 2nd use and the owner called and helped get it going again. Would highly recommend.

The Best Trip!

We came for a long weekend (me, my husband and our kids: 4, 3 and 5 months + my parents) and had the best time. We brought all our food and only left the house to go to the beach every morning and evening! The porch was our favorite spot, and we had plenty of room to spread out throughout the house. The beach wasn’t near as crowded as it is down closer to “town” so we had plenty of room to play. Loved the location and have already shared with friends! Thanks for opening your beach house to us!

Son’s Graduation Celebration

My kids and I, and a few of their friends stayed at Charlie’s place Thurs-Sun to celebrate my son’s graduation. The neighborhood is private, quiet, and easily accessible. 10 minutes from the Big Store and 10 minutes from the ferry. The home is stunning. Beautiful finishings and super cozy. Charlie has a fully stocked kitchen and a gas grill on the upstairs patio. He also has a pile of board and card games, and a container full of folding chairs and beach toys. One side of the house faces a lake and the sunset. Another faces the beach and the sunrise, and both have deck chairs and swings. There’s a large picnic table downstairs and a relaxing hammock. Beach access is a short walk across the neighborhood bridge. I can’t say enough about how comfortable we were and how many unforgettable memories we made. Thanks Charlie!
