In a modern building, this pretty studio on the 1st floor overlooking the garden, provides all the comfort and calm necessary for any Parisian stay.
Its lively but also family district between Vavin, Luxembourg, and St Placide with its undeniable charm is one of the most appreciated in the capital. Close to shops, cinemas, theaters as well as many cafes with their terraces give it an atmosphere that is both modern but also of the Paris of yesteryear.
Layout of the apartment:
This studio can accommodate 2 people. It consists of a small fitted kitchen open to a living room, fitted with a sofa, an office area, as well as a dressing room.
The contemporary bathroom includes a shower cabin and a toilet.
To access the apartment: On the 1st floor at the end of of the hallway opposite the elevator. Put the key that looks like the triangle in the lock on the right. Turn the key fully counterclockwise. Turn the handle in the same direction to open the door then make a quarter turn with the key to exit, enter.
