Captain Alexander’s Spa & Putting Green not a vacation home but a destination.

Dear Sean, Thank you so much for taking the time to post a review into VRBO. Captain Edwards and his First Mate have been in the vacation rental business since 1981. We have also vacationed in homes around the world. So with our experience we know what has been missing from most of the vacation rentals that we have stayed in. Anyone staying here will not find anything missing at the Captains.. That is why Captain Alexander's has been the number one vacation destination, in West Harwich for many years. It’s our pleasure to have our stocked with many items both in the refrigerator and the pantry and you never have to worry about replacing items that you have used.

Dear Trevor, Thank you for taking time to put a review in as it certainly helps travelers who are looking for a wonderful vacation home here in West Hawich to make a decision. We like to think that Captain Alexandra’s is a destination and not just a Vacation Home. We are only a shot five minute walk to a beautiful beach and when your vacation with us you’ll find beach chairs yard games, hot tub, as well as the fire pit. You’re also find a fully stocked spice cabinet if you decide to cook in an our gourmet kitchen. Once again, thank you for your review.

Amanda and her nine or 10 friends were at the property. She was a tenant from someplace where you’d never wanna go. Not only do they not know how to read, but this generation of people aren’t too smart and yes, we are a resort here so we have a whole group of people that have duties and one of them is taking care of the chemicals in the spa and watering the plants, especially in the hot hot weather that we’ve had this past week. I had already rated her and I would never rent to this group again..

Upfront, I already reviewed Ahmad and would not rent to him again. My ad says if you smoke don’t book Captain’s Alexanders. But needless to say they did. Captain Alexander’s is for 10 people and they definitely had 11 or 12. On their last night, the spy was full of beer and alcohol had to be drained and cleaned. The whole group showed no respect for any of the property. When Ahmad showed up, he had no clue how to get into the property although there were a number of emails sent to him about using the code. He also said to me oh, he didn’t know he couldn’t smoke in the property. Obviously he did not read any of the rules and regulations just book. About the security deposit right up front in my description about the property it says if you elect not to take the insurance policy that is offered by VRBO. You will need to pay us a $500 security deposit. It was that simple? He didn’t read the description about the property. He didn’t read about the code to get in, so we have nothing else to say about his stay.
