The hosts were wonderful to work with! We had something come up, and needed to change our dates and the hosts were very accommodating and flexible with us! The two bedroom apt is adorable! So clean and well decorated with a beachy theme. We only had two couples in the apt, but it’s roomy enough to comfortably accommodate more. One room has a queen bed and the 2nd bedroom has a full bed and a bunk bed. There was also a pull out couch and a rollaway bed. The hosts thought of everything, with beach towels, beach chairs, an umbrella, etc. And there was a coffee pot with coffee and sugars. The location could not have been better! Directly across the street from the ocean and only a short walk to all the restaurants and bars! We would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend this apt to others! 5 stars all the way!!!

Host was very accessible. Location was perfect. Walked across the street to the beach, walked a block to food and coffee. Great little getaway for the evening with some friends.

Wedding weekend

Rented the apartment with family for my wedding. This place was so close to everything for our wedding at Bridge St Walkign dsstance for nearby beach, restaurants, etc.

Loved this apartment! It was clean, spacious and SUPER close to the beach! Host was very friendly and informative. I highly recommend! Wish I could’ve had a longer stay but we definitely plan on coming back!

Great place to stay!

This property was very clean with all new furnishings. The location is amazing - close to the beach and quick walk to Bridge Street. Would definitely stay again!

Great location!

What a great location and nice little beach house. It was conveniently located to the beach and Bridge street, where there are many little restaurants / stores / bars and great night life. Would recommend.

Location!

The best thing about this property is the location… just steps away from the beautiful beach and a couple steps away from restaurants, Mini golf, etc. No frills in the rental, but it includes what you need. Beds are comfortable and clean. I would recommend to the property owner that they add a clothing drying rack to the unit to dry out towels and swim suits since there are no laundry facilities. Access to extra bath and kitchen towels would also be helpful. Overall, a great stay. Thank you!

Best location!

This cute little place is the prefect location for a trip to AMI! It's 1 house away from the corner of the street and across the street is the beach. Soooo close! And it's also only about a 3 minute walk to Bridge Street which has a bunch of cute restaurants, shops and bars. The place is on the bottom floor of a 2 story unit, but we didn't really hear them upstairs. We traveled with 4 teen girls and mom, it was a little challenging to all share 1 bathroom but overall it worked perfectly! And the beds were comfy too!

10 out of 10 .Such a beautiful area so close to the beach and the Bay side.One of the best apartments we have stayed in on Anna Maria Island for being so close to everything including Bridge Street, lovely restaurants beautiful beach .It was lovely and clean.Would definitely stay there again and recommend to family and friends.

Good location for beach and restaurants

Apartment was what we were expecting and good location with car parking space. Kitchen well equipped. Shower was not good at all and could do with some attention as it was a trickle. Duvets on all the beds did not have a cover on them but maybe this is a US thing ??? We found it strange not having a cover !! Best thing was the location.

Excellent place to stay

The house was perfect. I have stayed in a lot of these over the years, and this was by far the best, especially for the price. Updated, clean, simple. Roomy enough for our 6 people comfortably, nice to have separate rooms and the pullout couch. Kitchen is awesome, fully stocked, full-size refrigerator. We were able to cook like we were at home for the for teenage kids we had with us. Bathroom is clean. The kids loved the additional outdoor seating. Space to hang out at night. The location couldn’t be better. Parking is hard to find on the islands of the fact that you can just carry your beach towel across the street and be on the best beach is a huge plus. Sam provides more than enough beach equipment, so you never have to buy any or bring your own. Sam was incredibly communicative and professional. He takes his rental very seriously and wants to make sure guests have everything they need. He is super nice. 100% would stay here again.

We drove in for a wedding ,very cute for a one night stay , clean but the smell of bleach was a little much so we opened up the door for a little bit . Also is a quiet area which was perfect! Would definitely stay again if needed 😊

The property was very clean and updated. The beds were comfortable too. We really only needed a place to stay and did not have to use the kitchen but it was clean and had dishes/glasses. We were able to walk to the shops and dinner and the beach was across the street. We even were close enough to walk to Leffis Key Preserve. Great place, would stay there again
