Sterling Shores is under renovation for a beautification project in which they are working on all balconies and walkways to the condos. Due to this beautification process, one pool closest to the building may close in November very briefly. No other amenities will be affected. Renovations are currently in progress Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. The renovation is set to be finished by 1/29/2026. If bad weather interferes with the beautification process, renovations could continue into February. If there are any updates, I will let you know. We have blocked down the units that are primarily affected by this construction. June-Labor Day is painting the exterior and should not cause much of a disturbance. After Labor Day, you may experience floor grinding noise and dust. We are sincerely sorry for any inconvenience this may cause you and we hope you enjoy your stay!

After rinsing off in the outdoor shower, make a splash in one of the two on-site pools. Additional resort amenities include a picnic area with a gas grill, a seasonal snack shack, and a fitness center.

Picturesque views of the Gulf await back at home on your furnished balcony. Feel the breeze through the palm trees while you kick back with a cold beverage. The well-equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances and everything you need to prepare meals. When it's time to eat, the kitchen bar and adjacent dining table accommodate eight. In the evenings, settle into the living room for a movie night.

THINGS TO KNOW
Construction is 8-5, 7 days a week. Beginning Monday, October 20, 2025, the Lagoon Pool will be closed for approximately 3 weeks to have it resurfaced. We are hopeful to have it back up and running by November 10, 2025. Free WiFi, outdoor shower, gated entrance. The beachside pool is heated seasonally in the winter months. This property is equipped with active security cameras inside and outside the elevators, as well as inside the covered parking garages.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 8.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
