*****This 16th floor Boardwalk Beach Resort ocean front condo has a King Size bed in the master and also a King Size Bed in the 2nd bedroom*****

The living room has a pull out queen size couch.

The Boardwalk Beach Resort is one of the most family friendly complexes in Panama City Beach. It has one of the best pool areas of any complex. There is a very large lagoon pool, 2 hot tubs and a children play area.

The Boardwalk has a full service Tiki Bar here with live music on weekends.

The master bedroom has a king size bed and a spectacular view of the gulf with access to the balcony. It has a large flat screen TV with cable TV.

The 2nd bedroom has a King size bed and flatscreen TV.

The living room has an ocean view with balcony access and a pull out couch. It has a flat screen TV as well.

The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need to cook full meals while on vacation.

The Boardwalk Beach Resort includes:

- Down Payment: Our ECDI $300 Reservation Down Payment will be automatically charged separately to the credit card provided during the next batch scheduled at 12:00 Noon CST to secure the property for your requested dates.
- Reservation Details: Emails will be sent with a RES-XXXXX number, payment details and all necessary instructions. Please check your spam folder.
- Final Payment: The remaining balance will be automatically charged to the same credit card 30 days prior to your check-in date.
- Confirmation: Final confirmation with all necessary instructions for your stay will be sent via email on the same day.

Had some slight issues on arrival due to us getting in very late one night, the host was prompt about getting those issues fixed asap. Otherwise property was exactly as listed.

Amazing Stay

Condo was great! The view was gorgeous! Amazing location and the condo complex was very family friendly. It’s located just far enough away from the spring break craziness. The beach was clean and not too busy. The pool was perfect. The bar and corner store was great to have on site. You almost don’t need to leave the condo. We plan on going back next year!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Pros: VERY clean, had everything we needed, beautiful viewCons: master bathroom shower door leaks, and master bedroom mattress is uncomfortable, the washer and dryer are in poor condition. The shower leak would flood the floor, and there weren’t nearly enough towels supplied to clean the leak, plus showers. It would’ve been easier if there were more towels, or the washer and dryer were in better condition.

Awesome complex

I give this condo and complex 5 stars. Great security and cleanliness. The staff is awesome. Tiki bar food and drinks great, pool top notch. The only draw back is no frying pan except little 8” so had to go to Walmart and get a 12” . Otherwise everything great . Will come back

Summer getaway

Beautiful property and the condo was comfortable and beautifully decorated. Beds were comfy. There are a few little issues were the door was difficult to figure out and there was a mix up with parking passes and pool bands but all issues were resolved promptly. I would stay again.

Relaxing stay

We were very comfortable in this spacious condo. Waking up to a full ocean view every morning, looking out of the 15th floor, floor to ceiling full wall window jn the master bedroom and living room, made it for us! Stunning emerald water beach and clean powdered sugar sand were just a quick elevator ride away.

The location was great, but I would not return

We arrived and the location was nice. The unit could definitely use some upgrading. I can say with the outrageous cleaning fees, we were definitely the most disappointed about this. We took plenty of pictures that we don’t have the option to post here, but there was a thick layer of dust on most things from the floor to the ceiling. We did not feel this was a clean environment and that is our main complaint. We also don’t appreciate the 4% fee and taxes placed on the payment method.

No AC the entire visit. Tried communicating with the service people with no luck. Tried communicating with the owner they responded once with no other communication. We won’t be back to the location. Terrible experience with the service from the owner.

This is the best condo we’ve ever booked on the beach. And I don’t say that lightly. There was so much room for everyone and the master bedroom was plenty big for us to manage an infant with pack and play and still have tons of space leftover. The kitchen was PERFECTLY stocked. Good quality and only the things you need - not so much stuff that it was overwhelming. There was a big, empty pantry for us to put our own things in, which is hard to come by in a condo rental. Beds and furniture were comfortable, staff was nice, elevators were easy to access even though it’s a large complex. Beach was clean, pool was warm, bar had great service. I literally do not have one bad thing to say about this place.

Fantastic condo to stay in!

We loved this condo. Very clean. Spacious bedrooms with comfortable mattresses. Balcony had a gorgeous view and the Adirondack chairs were a perfect place to sit and relax in the mornings and evenings! We loved the floor to ceiling window in the master bedroom. Extremely easy to communicate with owners. Having an electronic door code was a great feature instead of having to keep track of a key or card. WiFi was reliable. Washer and dryer being in the condo was a huge help! The pre-arrival email had everything listed that we would need which made checking in a breeze! The only thing I did not see that I thought would have been helpful was to have a broom and dustpan to help with some of the sand that we inevitably brought in from the beach. Overall, fantastic place to stay for vacation! We will definitely be looking into staying again in the future.

Ok Stay

Would we stay here again? Yes. But there are a few things they could improve. 1. Everything in unit was clean, minus the floors. Like turn the bottom of your feet black, kind of dirty. We wore socks so it wasnt a big deal but may be if you have an infant/toddler. 2. They use an Ecobee thermostat. So you cant lower as needed. The lowest it would go is 71 - however the thermostat was in the hallway so the master bedroom stayed around 75 at night and 79 during the day. If your a hot sleeper this will bother you. We had to move to the couch a few nights because we were just too hot. Overall the condo served its purpose and we would consider a future stay during colder months given the bedroom temp.

Amazing stay but needs some maintenance

Amazing stay it is exactly what the pics show Like all realty the pics make the unit seem larger than what it is I def would not being more than 5 people for the unit Also there are not many utensils at all to cook meals for family’s of 4 or more meaning that the pans and pots are all small the can opener didn’t work then come to find out there was an electric one in the cabinets that even a 7ft person couldn’t reach without climbing the counter tops but it was too late by then within our stay Another thing there was the 4th day of our stay and we went up from the beach and couldn’t get in to our room again bc the digital keypad on the lock was dead so we sat outside our room for over 39 min waiting on maintenance to come fix it who btw is not on site apparently then our sink in the kitchen started leaking underneath and they told us we couldn’t use it so we couldn’t use the sink at all while trying to cook dinner that was super frustrating Then also our front door opened 4 diff times by itself it would just swing completely open and the curtains in the living room would go flying and the decor was almost swinging off the wall and hit my husband in the head It was just nuts idk I mean I wouldn’t stay again jus bc of those things but hey it was a nice stay the beds were comfy even the pull out bed was comfy per our daughter and her friend. The master shower head was spewing water outside of the shower it was jus frustrating things honest review we are from TN God Bless
