Edgewater 1-305 is a stunning 2BR/2BA beachfront condo located in the renowned Edgewater Beach and Golf Resort. Situated on the third floor, this unit features a spacious balcony with breathtaking views of the Gulf and lagoon pool. The living room is adorned with floor-to-ceiling windows, flooding the space with natural light and showcasing the gorgeous surroundings. Inside, you’ll find cozy furnishings, a well-equipped kitchen with granite countertops, and a peninsula bar with seating. Accommodations include a king bed in the master bedroom, a queen bed in the guest bedroom, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room, comfortably sleeping up to six guests. You won't want to leave Edgewater Beach and Golf Resort in Panama City Beach! The resort is so extensive that you won't ever have to leave once you arrive and golf cart shuttles are provided to take you where you would like. With half a mile of private beach, eleven pools, four hot tubs and a fabulous 11,500 s.f. Polynesian-style, free form lagoon pool with waterfalls and fiber optic lighting, you can lounge to your heart's content! Wander past the six reflecting pools to wind down your day. Beach service is available for a fee. You'll also find restaurants galore available like Ocean's Bar and Grill for gulf front dining, Starbucks coffee shop, Paradise Pizza, Blenders for frozen drinks on the Lagoon Pool Deck, and Edgie's Corner Market for ice cream or coffee. Other restaurants are within walking distance.

**Parking: Guests must register for parking passes at least 24-hrs before arrival date. The registration fee is $50, and this cost includes one vehicle parking pass. A second parking pass is available for an additional $30, and a third parking pass is available for another additional $50.**
