This two bedroom, two bathroom condo sleeps up to six guests. The master bedroom features a cozy, king size bed and opens up to your private gulf-front balcony. A comfy, queen size bed in the second bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa in the expansive living room means the whole family can unwind after a day spent playing in the waves. Best of all, a large, modern kitchen enables you to save money for fun by preparing your own meals.

The Boardwalk Beach Resort includes:
Island Breeze Corner Market
Splash Zone children’s pool area with interactive water toys
Lavish pool deck
2,500 square foot zero entry pool (heated during winter months)
Two hot tubs

Parking & Resort Registration:
Boardwalk requires all guests to pre-register prior to arrival. A registration link will be sent to you closer to your check-in date to complete this process. Parking passes are $50 plus applicable taxes and include up to two (2) passes per reservation. In addition, resort-issued armbands are required for all guests and are $6 plus applicable taxes per person.

Great condo

The condo was in great condition just as pictured. Had everything that we needed. The only complaint that I have is the king mattress in the master bedroom is AWFUL. It feels like the springs are coming through it. I would stay here again IF the mattress gets replaced.

Family oriented

Our stay was perfect!! Everything was clean . Room was beautiful. Right on the beach! Everyone was super friendly, management was top notch!!! We will definitely be back! We really enjoyed the tiki hut and pool. It was very kid friendly. We had a movie on the beach, popsicles at the pool, great food at the tiki bar, amazing firework show, and live music during our stay. I was able to text to figure things out if i had a question and got a immediate response. We enjoyed our week stay andnwill book again.

Over all everything was nice with a few exceptions. The mattresses were completely wore out. The shower in the master bathroom leaked around the shower door so when you used it the floor filled with water. The lock on the door from the master bedroom onto the balcony was broken so we couldn't open the door and the ac wouldn't cool the room below 75 but after notifying management it was fixed pretty fast. Overall if these issues were fixed I would definitely stay here again.

Splash pad closed

Condo and views were beautiful. The kids splash pad/ pool area was out of commission, being one of the reasons we booked here. It had been down for quite some time. We feel we should have been notified.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo was beautifully decorated and very clean! However, both mattresses need to be replaced desperately they were extremely uncomfortable and squeaking. Patio table is rusting and needs replacing. Also the shower leaks so you have to wash towels twice a day. Otherwise, The rest of the condo was great! Location is fabulous, views were incredible. We have stayed many times at Boardwalk and will be back.

Nice Unit

Pros: Nice View (sunsets were beautiful) Quiet stay Nicely decorated Lots of restaurant choices nearby Beach was beautiful Pool/Splashpad/Hot Tub was fun for the kids Management, security guards and staff at the BoardWalk were helpful, friendly and easy to talk with. Had beach toys, boogie boards and umbrella inside the unit for guests which was nice. Priced right for the location Cons: Mattresses need to be replaced Master shower leaks water all over floor (went through lots of towels) Washer and dryer were finicky and rusting out(washer would not complete cycles sometimes and very noisy and the dryer drum was rusted) Kitchen could use some upgraded cookware(teflon pans all scratched and one cooking utensil had melted handle. Plus the kitchen could use some additional cookware (ex:pizza pan and pizza wheel but those are minor inconveniences) Outside patio table is rusting Overall, nice place to stay and would consider again but could use some upgraded amenities and repairs.

Perfect, safe and clean resort

The location, resort, restaurant and access to the beach was great! We felt very safe. Very nice and clean. We could not get dishwasher started upon departure but it could have been human error. Overall a great trip!

Decent Location

The location was good, the unit that I booked was good, and the interactions with the desk agents in the main lobby building were SUPER amazing! I had a couple of issues with security, parking/communication, and them being a little off putting for someone that is supposed to be the security guard. At the check in desk, the girls and male supervisor went above and beyond both times I went to them to help and show compassion towards a stressed individual. The supervisor of the security guards even reached out and expressed their concern and were nice to deal with. There was no issue with anything otherwise and I would definitely stay here again.

Nice Vacation

We usually stay on Okaloosa Island, but decided to stay in the Panama City Beach area instead. We will definitely come back to PCB!

Awesome fireworks display

Okay condo, loved the property! The condo was not stocked well in the kitchen and there was no broom to sweep the sand which was a huge annoyance. However, we loved the property. There was live music, food, drinks and they had an amazing firework display. The pool was very nice with two hot tubes - although it would be nice to have one of those as adults ONLY. Chairs and umbrellas were available along with jet ski rentals. We enjoyed our stay!

Great location and atmosphere during a time of uncertainty

great location and facility. The condo furniture was very old and worn. The master bed is horrible compared to other condos we have stayed in the supplies provided, broom dust pan, mop pan for pizza, eat was very sparse or non exsisting. TVs were old and remotes did not work as designed. All in all we enjoyed our stay.
