This property is located on the second floor of a beautiful building.

The flat opens onto a living room bathed in natural light, whose modern decor and elegant furnishings reflect all the charm of Paris. There is a lounge area with a comfortable sofa bed and a connected TV.
The dining area features a beautiful table that invites you to share convivial moments.
The kitchen, made of wood, is functional and fully equipped for cooking to your heart's content.
The first bedroom has a queen-size bed, a connected TV and plenty of storage space. The adjoining bathroom is an elegantly appointed bubble of relaxation, with a magnificent bathtub and walk-in shower. The toilet is separate.
The second bedroom, also equipped with a queen-size bed, connected TV and ample storage space, has an en suite marble bathroom with walk-in shower and integrated toilet.
From floor to ceiling, this flat is decorated with high-quality, timeless materials, such as herringbone parquet flooring, marble and the various wall mouldings typical of Haussmann flats.
