Lovely three bedroom home located in desirable Bayside neighborhood. This updated home sleeping 6 is sure to be a family favorite you will want to return to year after year. The main level of this home boasts a light and bright renovated kitchen, equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite countertop and oversized island. You will also find dining for 6 that opens up to a vaulted living area with window air conditioning. The first floor will have a queen bedroom with window air conditioner and beautiful hallway bathroom with full size washer and dryer. The second level of the home offers two additional bedrooms, both with window air conditioning and another full size bathroom accessible to both the hallway and queen bedroom. The private back yard is the perfect setting for your cookouts on the gas grill and outside dining. Located on the northside, you are a quick drive to both Corporation Beach 2.1 miles and Mayflower Beach 2.7 miles.

Notable area restaurants and attractions include the Cape Playhouse, Cape Cinema, the Cape Cod Museum of Art, Scargo Cafe, Grumpy's cafe for delicious corned beef hash, the Underground Bakery, and the Marshside for water view dining.

Special Note: This home does not have an outside shower. The home also offers streaming services only. No cable.

The house was so clean and spacious! The check in process was easy and welcoming for our family of 6. Check out was a breeze. I would definitely stay here again. The location was close to Dennis restaurants and beaches. Communication with Martha Murray Vacation Rentals made for an easy rental process and they answer the phone -- NO voicemails! So nice to reach a person ready to answer questions. It was a great vacation.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property is a terrific rental. The home is clean and spacious and has all that is necessary to enjoy your time away. The access to the garage is a huge bonus for us for stir if beach chairs, golf clubs and bikes. The yard is well maintained and very private. The area is quiet. Parking for visitors is a bit difficult as the street is narrow and fairly heavily trafficked. ACs worked extremely well making the house very comfortable. Beaches are not right nearby but a fairly short ride to either bay or ocean beaches.

Great layout for family and friends.

House was very clean and updated. Great layout in a very convenient location. Down sides are check in/out at a separate location, no front walkway and having to bring sheets , towels and all the cleaning supplies. We would absolutely stay here again.
