Great layout for family and friends.

House was very clean and updated. Great layout in a very convenient location. Down sides are check in/out at a separate location, no front walkway and having to bring sheets , towels and all the cleaning supplies. We would absolutely stay here again.

Nicely renovated, cute Cape Cod home. But I would never recommend staying at any place that did not include linens, I'm not sure whose decision this was, perhaps the rental agency. They wanted an additional 250 for linens. So what can you expect for 250? We brought our own which was a huge pain. The extra suitcase cost over 100!Ths agency also stated that we could not expect to find any condiments or kitchen supplies. But when we arrived, previous tenants had obviously left tin foil, plastic film, plastic bags, basic spices, basic soaps, etc. When we showed up with all of our stuff that we assumed we would need it turns out we did not. 10 minute drive to great beaches, shopping and dining. But the host / agency provided no suggestions as to where to shop where to dine or what other attractions to visit.

We’re sorry the linen policy added an unexpected expense and inconvenience to your stay. We understand that having to bring linens from home, especially when traveling with limited luggage, can be frustrating. We also appreciate your feedback regarding the information provided about kitchen supplies. We’ll review how these expectations are communicated so guests have a clearer understanding of what is and isn’t provided before arrival. We do provide starter kits for all of our homes- including soaps, washer tabs, paper towel and toilet paper. We also have 5 rental agents with a wealth of knowledge of the area, and would have been happy to provide suggestions had we been asked.

we love the nice and quiet neighborhood.Martha Murray property managers were very nice to deal with.i would recommend this house esp.,if your looking for a place that doesn't allow pets or smoking.

The house was so clean and spacious! The check in process was easy and welcoming for our family of 6. Check out was a breeze. I would definitely stay here again. The location was close to Dennis restaurants and beaches. Communication with Martha Murray Vacation Rentals made for an easy rental process and they answer the phone -- NO voicemails! So nice to reach a person ready to answer questions. It was a great vacation.

The house was perfect for us! It was close to beaches where we captured many beautiful sunsets over the two weeks we were there. The neighborhood was quiet, and the house was updated and very clean.

Great vacation rental

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property is a terrific rental. The home is clean and spacious and has all that is necessary to enjoy your time away. The access to the garage is a huge bonus for us for stir if beach chairs, golf clubs and bikes. The yard is well maintained and very private. The area is quiet. Parking for visitors is a bit difficult as the street is narrow and fairly heavily trafficked. ACs worked extremely well making the house very comfortable. Beaches are not right nearby but a fairly short ride to either bay or ocean beaches.
