This house was perfect for our family. Everything we needed was available to us, even shark tooth sifters and a cooler! We loved having our own private pool as well.

The Sunshine house was tidy, cute, and centrally located to shops and the beaches. My husband spent all of his time out on the deck next to the pool. The pool was my favorite part…absolutely fabulous. We will definitely be back.

Beautiful property! Not too big, not too small; all that Goldilocks type stuff. They have a bunch of stuff in the garage and a nice little Blackstone grill. This is somewhere we will be booking again for sure!

Fun Stay

Took a mini vacay with my wife. Our adult kids dropped in for a visit because that is what they do. Loved the home. Had everything we needed. Owners are nice people. Found lots of great places to eat. Had some ice cream at Bob's Twist N Shake at the recommendation of the owner. I believe I'm still full from the Banana Split. Hope to return one day soon.

Every thing we needed for a peaceful vacation

Quiet neighborhood, 10 minute drive to Venice beach, clean pool and the home stayed cooldespite the 90* weather. Everything you would need for a beach vacation. Thank you for letting us enjoy your home, we will be back next time we are in Venice!

Family Trip to Venice

This was a short family trip to spend some time with our daughters. Our youngest only had a week off from PA school and wanted to go to her favorite beaches to look for shark teeth. We visited Bohard Beach and Manasota Key. This home was located in the middle of both beaches. We loved having a great space to relax with our dogs while not looking for shark teeth. Found over 1400 shark teeth in a few hours at Manasota Key. Loved the house and location!

Comfortable and convenient

Place was clean and convenient to beaches, downtown Venice and stores and restaurants. We loved having the heated pool and outdoor TV. Primary bed was so comfortable! Check in was very easy. Place was well worth the money.

Home has everything you need for a short or long stay. Pool and patio are lovely. There are more items for going to the beach than are listed in the description. Great place to stay

Chosen Sisters 2025 Reunion

This was our annual girls trip for 4 of us who've been friends for 40 years. This property was just what we needed. It was a very convenient location, however much of the traffic did not heed the speed limit. The property manager was extremely responsive to our 2 minor needs. Highly recommend!

South Venice paradise

Everything about this place was outstanding!! Very clean older home that is well maintained. The hosts are outstanding as well to address any issues & communicate freely. It is quite comfortable for 2 people, but has numerous amenities for a family. Quiet neighborhood as well. We would highly recommend this VRBO & stay again! Thank you Virginia & Patrick! Bill & Sue

Great rental property that’s accurately described

The house is very clean and stocked with everything you need for a nice vacation. The owners have gone out of their way to make sure the guests have a good experience and even supplied beach accessories. The pool area was fantastic after a long day in the sun, clean and well maintained. We will stay at this home again when we’re in the area.

Nice pool and Lanai

Nice spacious house but we really enjoyed the lanai and pool. We ate our meals and watched TV out there and of course used the pool when we could.

Good area

The place is well located to all areas of Venice. The home is much homier and accommodating than expected. Pool area is great and relaxing especially after a long day out or from beach. Patrick responds very quickly when needed.

Everything you need

Quaint 2 bed 2 bath home perfect for our quick get away. The pool was a great addition so that we could come home and relax. Owner was great to work with. All around just what we needed.

We are new to the VRBO community but eager to please and live nearby. We love living in Venice and are very excited to share our rental home with visitors to this great town! Originally from the Northeast we are fully enjoying life in Florida and think you will love being here too!

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

The location of the home is so convenient to everything! You will not run out of things to do. Homebodies will also be happy in the fully equipped house and quiet neighborhood. If you want to explore just a bit further north, Sarasota, St Armands, Siesta Key, the Ringling Museum, University Town Center Mall, etc. are also great spots to visit.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

The weather here is so lovely in the winter months but sometimes the ocean is a bit chilly for swimming so it's a wonderful perk to have your own private heated salt-water pool on your own back patio. Truly year round fun here. I'd have to say too that although the summer months are hot of course, the a/c keeps you cool when you need it and the ocean temperature is amazing! Beach breezes are balmy and great. We love it here year round & look forward to hosting you throughout the year!
