Somos una de las propiedades mejor calificadas en Punta Mita porque brindamos una experiencia llave en mano sin igual a nuestros huéspedes. Somos dueños de dos VILLAS CON VISTA AL MAR DIRECTA, una al lado de la otra, con capacidad para un total de 20 personas. Pasos del St. Regis, nuestro vecindario de Porta Fortuna es el desarrollo más alto dentro de las puertas de Punta Mita. Tendrá acceso a servicios tipo hotel de 5 estrellas: acceso privado al club de playa, servicio de conserjería, uso de un carrito de golf para 6 personas y personal de limpieza diario. Tendrá acceso a todos los servicios asociados con la MEMBRESÍA PREMIER (Kapuri Beach Club, Pacifico Beach Club, Four Seasons Golf & Tennis Club, St. Regis Beach Club *)

Nuestra propiedad es de aproximadamente 4,000 pies cuadrados con 4 dormitorios y 4 baños con vista al mar desde muchas partes de la propiedad. Los acabados son incomparables y su estadía aquí será inolvidable. Las paredes corredizas de vidrio hacen de la casa una verdadera experiencia de vida interior y exterior.

La casa tiene capacidad para 10 huéspedes (dos reyes, dos reinas y dos literas gemelas) y tiene una piscina privada, así como una bañera de hidromasaje privada en la terraza de arriba. Hay televisores de pantalla de plasma con servicio satelital premium (que ofrecen muchos de los canales que obtienes en casa y todos los canales de películas disponibles), sistema estéreo completo (con zonas en toda la casa y espacio al aire libre) y Sonos. Hay cajas fuertes programables en la unidad.

La elegante cocina cuenta con gabinetes italianos importados (Scavolini), electrodomésticos comerciales de acero inoxidable y encimeras de granito, por lo que es una verdadera delicia para el chef.

Los muebles interiores fueron diseñados a medida para integrarse con la arquitectura y el diseño de la villa, una mezcla única de zen y mexicano. La casa está amueblada con piezas de diseño hechas a medida.

En Porta Fortuna, las Villas X1 a X8 dan al océano y tienen VISTAS AL OCÉANO.

Durante su estadía en nuestra comunidad de Porta Fortuna, tendrá acceso al Sufi Ocean Club. Conectado a nuestro club de playa está el restaurante Sufi y Sufito Cevicheria.

Tendrás acceso a:
3 campos de golf de clase mundial: dos campos de golf exclusivos de Jack Nicklaus (algunos hoyos visibles desde el complejo) y un campo Greg Norman; un campo de prácticas y clases de golf; el St. Regis Beach Club; el club de playa para residentes de Punta Mita; el club de tenis privado solo para miembros con 10 canchas (césped duro y artificial); los Four Seasons Tennis Clubs cuatro canchas (césped duro y artificial); clínicas de tenis o clases privadas; kayak nadando; bucear; pesca local o en alta mar; paseo en barco; clases de surf o surf; excursionismo; montando vehículos todo terreno; yoga, tratamientos de spa en la villa (masajes, tratamientos faciales, etc., todo en la privacidad de su propia villa); días en el St. Regis '& Four Season's Spas, paseando por el pueblo cercano o más allá hasta Sayulita (un viaje en automóvil de 15 minutos) ... la lista continúa.

Gorgeous home, sparkling clean

We had a fabulous experience in this beautiful home. The view is spectacular! We especially enjoyed watching the whales at breakfast on the outdoor patio. Tony our concierge was super helpful. The community of Punta Mita is lovely too and the golf courses have gorgeous views, similar to Pebble beach. Highly recommended this home and we’ll be back for sure.

Amazing property and experience!!

Highly recommend this home for your next punta mita vacation!! It was way nicer than I expected. Beds were very clean and comfortable. We had cooks that made amazing breakfast and lunch every morning and then stayed to clean after which really made it a nice relaxing vacation. Nice having a pool and hot tub there too! Golf cart was fun and made it easy to get around. Roy the owner and Tony the concierge were both a delight! A+ experience all around!!

Amazing Home in a perfect location!

Everything about our stay was incredible! The home is inside the Punta De Mita gated community and gives you access to incredible high end beach clubs. The home is gorgeous! Open and airy, beautiful ocean views, high end decor, wonderful heated pool and an outdoor grilling area. We felt as if we were staying at a five star resort with daily housekeeping and access to golf, tennis, and beach clubs! Tony, the on site property manager was incredibly helpful and was there whenever we had a question or needed anything at all. I would highly recommend this property! Perfect in every way!

Great Family getaway!

This property is so clean and beautiful. Property is updated and very well stocked kitchen. The layout perfect traveling with our college age kids and could have room to bring a couple of friends. We loved the location near Sufi beach club and could walk if we wanted or take the golf cart to so many great beach clubs and into town for restaurants. The owner Roy is so helpful and Tony the on site concierge was amazing. We will definitely look forward to going back!

Punta Mita Perfection

Porta Fortuna X 3 is the perfect Punta Mita vacation rental . I can only agree with all of the previous reviews. The views, location, and decor are beautiful. The kitchen is very well stocked though we did not cook. We had the chef make breakfast one day and it was amazing…. And enough for several days. The owner and concierge were very accommodating and in great communication! We are ready to return!

Fantastic Punta Mita rental

My husband and I rented this Villa for a long weekend and had a fantastic time. Roy, the host, was really helpful and responsive with questions and Oscar, the concierge at the property, offered incredible service. The community has lots to offer and the Villa is beautiful and has great amenities. Food was fab and getting a covid test to return to the US was very easy and convenient. Highly recommend!

Very bad experience

We managed to have a good time in PuntaMita, despite the house was in very bad shape: The pipeline didn’t work, therefore we had sewage smell all over, bathrooms not working, the pool was too hot, couldn’t use it for 3 days. The shower was broken, the golf cart had bad breaks and a nest of wasps, we couldn’t use it a lot, it had almost no breaks. We couldn’t use the kitchen and the garden for many days due to a really bad sewage smell that we think was related with the pipes being clogged by bamboo roots. A lot of workers were coming in the Propriety all day long to fix things every single day for 2+ weeks , we didn’t have any privacy at all. not mentioning the very loud and close by construction (right below the house: 2 houses next to each other), which we were not warned about, having a teen ager we were uncomfortable letting her sunbathe and use the pool only feet away from the workers. The doors kept breaking, we had to learn to fix them by our selves to avoid having more people coming in. many other things not worth mentioning as a broken umbrella, a door that never opened, the water disposal etc. We rented for one month and we wanted to change propriety after 12 days, but the concierge didn’t want us to leave or to give a refund, and they kept us thinking that they would respond for all the inconveniences at the end of the vacation, maybe with some extra time but at the end, they didn’t care and they did nothing but lie to our faces. They said we broke things, (unable to prove, obviously). We are very respectful family and we didn’t break anything, we tried to be away from the house most of the day due to all the problems, one of us had to be there and wait for workers which really ruined our time. actually we are not used to complain at all, but this was too much! Everything was broken before we got there. (being a very scared italian due to covid we had been in a strict quarantine before we got here) We wanted to spend a quiet vacation away from people, we rented a house (full price, not a monthly rate) with a pool for this reason, but we were forced to leave it almost everyday. Actually we would like to have a refund, or at least have the owner take some responsibility. The emails, finally responded to us (4 weeks after), were unacceptable and a joke. I feel bad for the concierge that was trying to do his best. And on top of everything, the owne kept the deposit To replace the broken umbrella, which broke during a heavy night storm.

Zen Casita X3- Porta Fortuna/Punta Mita

Cliché perhaps but pictures don't do the property justice. Beautiful property. Immaculate Style and upkeep. Great location. It was our first time in Punta Mita and I can't say enough good things. Concierge and housekeeping were top notch. Access to the three beach clubs was also spectacular, each with a different vibe. I would return in a heartbeat.

If you could design your own place and have it just how you would like it, this place it it! Fantastic layout and beautifully modern yet totally warm and inviting. All you will wish for is one more day befroe you have to leave!

Much needed Moms getaway

The breakfast cook was super sweet & talented -- we loved starting each day with a big authentic Mexican meal. The housekeeper did a nice job and was virtually invisible (conducted all chores when we were out & about). The concierge service was top-notch -- followed thru with every request in a timely and accurate manner. The only downside was the new construction happening just behind the unit (which wasn't made super obviously going in) but if staying over a weekend (they don't work then) and planning to be at the beach, town or enjoying other excursions for a good chunk of the day, it barely a concern.

Truly Amazing Experience!!!

Wow, just wow. We rent a home in Punta Mita every year for the last 8 years and this was by far the BEST experience we’ve had with any owner on VRBO. I’ve been in the hospitality business for 27 years and these owners have got the customer experience figured out better than most hotels. From the moment we booked to the moment we left, we were given white glove service. When we arrived, the owners welcomed us with a large bottle of Casa Azul, chips and guac- talk about starting off on the right foot! The condition of the home was perfect and it was very well outfitted with everything we needed for the week. Our house manager, Brenda and concierge Danny, were so professional, polite and hospitable and tended to our every need and request, no matter how small. Waking up to views of the water every day was pure bliss and having a chef prepare elaborate breakfasts spreads for us a few mornings was a real treat (try the homemade juevos rancheros menu, it was delightful). Our search for the perfect Punta Mita vacation is over. We are going to return to this lovely casita every year for the foreseeable future.

Beautiful House in Fantastic Setting

We loved this house which was perfect for our two families (4 adults, 5 kids). It has beautiful views of the beach and is a short golf cart ride to the beach clubs and activities in Punta Mita. Once we arrived, the concierge service was attentive and responsive to issues. Highly recommend this property.

Immaculate, amazing home, incredible value, our best VRBO experience yet!

We can't say enough about this extraordinary property, but we will be coming back year after year. The experience with the owners and the managers and the concierge were extraordinary, and professional beyond what our other VRBO stays have been. The staff for the house was outstanding and was available to us for any of our needs. They handled all of our grocery shopping, set up babysitters, rented us cribs and made all of our reservations for dining and excursions. The property itself it immaculate. You can tell the ownership takes pride in this property as it is very well maintained. The views! Wow. Also, being in this community in Punta Mita was the right choice. Porta Fortuna (this neighborhood) is really stunning and quiet. WE've stayed in other neighborhoods previously, like El Incanto, Hacienda de Mita and Las Palmas, all of them were inferior to Porta Fortuna. It really is on another level. Their beach club was fantastic, they have the restaurant Sufi in their neighborhood and they have the only pier in Punta Mita, which made our whale watching trips very easy to access. If you're debating between this place and somewhere else, you shouldn't, this place is golden and incredibly well stocked.

Punta Mita Perfection!

This was our third trip to Punta Mita, but our first stay in Porta Fortuna. The home was beautiful and very well maintained. The layout worked perfectly for our family. Our staff was amazing --Gaby , our concierge, helped us out with so many things from booking restaurants to arranging a wonderful cook who made the best meals. The location next to the new Sufi beach club was ideal. The pool area is gorgeous and so peaceful. Of course, we also took the golf cart to Kapuri Beach Club, which has so many wonderful amenities. All in all we couldn't have been more pleased with this home and the service we received here. We hated to leave this wonderful place. We will definitely be returning!

We stayed in this BEAUTIFUL home during our son's birthday. Not only was the concierge lovely and helpful, but the staff made the stay comfortable, warm and welcoming. Everything from the chips, salsa and guacamole when we first walked in the door, to the flower "Happy Birthday" sign on my son's bed the night of his birthday. The Kapuri Beach Club, the grounds, the town of Punta Mita, EVERYTHING is AMAZING!- there is nothing more that I can say other than BOOK THIS HOUSE!! We WILL be back again and again and again...

Loved the location and loved the vacation!

We have been renting in Punta Mita for several years and this was our first time in Porta Fortuna and this house. The pictures of the home online are what you will see upon arrival. The home and the views are outstanding. Our concierge, Gaby, was there to help us at anytime with anything we needed. We had a small issue with the AC upon our arrival and by the time we returned from dinner it was all fixed! We enjoyed many relaxing days and nights by the pool and hot tub and also being able to order from Sufi and pick up and eat in the comforts of your own home. The golf cart available for our use made going to the beach clubs a breeze. We had such an amazing vacation we have already booked a return trip this summer. This home will not disappoint!

We are a Dallas family of five with a daughter graduated from UC Santa Barbara and an actuary in Dallas, a son graduated from Sewanee in medical device sales in Dallas, and our oldest son graduated from Santa Clara and works in finance with an airline in Chicago.
We have had great experiences with our guests and even met many of them in Dallas in-person across the country.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

The condos in Punta Mita are great but we wanted our own place with private pool, no elevators and no noisy neighbors surrounding us. We are a one minute walk down the hill to Sufi/Sufito beach club. There are numerous water activities and the pier is a great amenity. Rather than meet a boat at a jetty in town, we just walk to the end of the pier where a private boat picks us up and returns us. We bought the property to share with family and friends. But, it's been a pleasure to share it with guests who have ALL been great.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Proximity to Sufi and the pier. A gated neighborhood of just two dozen residences inside a gated resort. Beautiful Sunrises!
