LIVING AREA
Unwind in the open living area, furnished with a sleeper sofa, three inviting armchairs, and a 70'' wall-mounted TV.
KITCHEN & DINING
The stunning open-concept kitchen has a full suite of stainless steel appliances and a five-person breakfast bar.
A dining table seats eight to festive meals.
BEDROOMS & BATHS
This two-story home sleeps up to 12 guests between the four bedrooms and a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living area. All bedrooms have a 43” wall-mounted TV.
The master bedroom features a king bed and an en-suite bathroom with a double vanity and walk-in shower.
A second bedroom is appointed with a queen bed. The third bedroom offers a twin-over-full bunk bed and an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination.
A fourth bedroom has a twin bed and separate twin-over-twin bunk bed.
The second and fourth bedroom share access to a Jack-and-Jill bathroom with a walk-in shower.
A half bath provides added convenience.
EXTRA AMENITIES & MORE DETAILS
Guest amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, cable TV, a washer/dryer, and a golf cart in the garage for your enjoyment.
Parking is provided for two vehicles in the driveway (which is shared with the adjacent unit) and one covered parking spot. Street parking may also be available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Trailers/boats are not permitted on-site; however, nearby parking is available.
The newly redesigned 9-hole course winds its way throughout the community. Carved out of the dunes, Palmilla Beach Golf incorporates the best of true links-style play with inspired greens and verdant fairways. With a variety of tee boxes, the course will fit any player's current game.
Visit the Guest Services pavilion at Palmilla to receive VIP wristbands that allow access to resort amenities. Enjoy access to incredible amenities, including two elegant resort-style pools that are heated during our winter season. During the summer, poolside cabanas, golf carts, beach chairs, and umbrellas are available to rent via Guest Services. For on-site dining, you’ll find REDS Patio Bar, Black Marlin Seaside Grill, and the Agave Poolside Cantina. Enjoy a designated area at the beach with air-conditioned bathrooms and food services.

THE LOCATION
Head to the beach via a community boardwalk, 0.3 miles away. Or tee off at Palmilla Beach Golf Club, located within a short walk of your rental. Enjoy shopping and dining in the heart of Port Aransas (3 miles), and hiking trails await at Port Aransas Nature Preserve (3.4 miles).
THINGS TO KNOW
There is currently major construction occurring on new homes in the area. No current homes or amenities will be affected, though construction equipment may be visible and views may be obstructed in some areas. Construction has been scheduled during certain times of the day to minimize noise and potential disturbances to guests. The work is scheduled to conclude in the next year.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
