Book your Sea Trail getaway in this ground floor, pet friendly condo

Looking for your next vacation stop? Look no further! Our condo has all the conveniences of home plus the ease of main floor living. This unit is also steps away from golfing, a neighborhood pool, new renovated restaurants and just 3 miles to one of the most pristine beaches on the East Coast

Our bright condo has been updated with luxury vinyl flooring, renovated bathrooms, fresh linens and paint. Enjoy your morning cup of coffee or evening glass of wine in the screened in porch overlooking the 10th green. Main bedroom has a king bed and additional day bed plus trundle with an attached bathroom and private entry.  The second bedroom has two queen beds and a private bathroom.  Accommodates up to 8 people.

Laundry is in the unit, along with high speed wifi, smart TVs and a fully stocked kitchen.  

Dining out instead? You'll find great restaurants in Sunset Beach, Calabash, Ocean Isle, Shallotte or venture towards Myrtle Beach.  

Our condo is part of the Champions section of Sea Trail and comes with its private community pool.  This pool is open May - October and is only a few steps across the parking lot.  Beautiful Sunset Beach just 7 minutes away!
Our unit is pet friendly for dogs only. Please let me know if you are bringing a dog in your initial reservation request.

Great condo in Sea Trail

We have stayed in several different condos in Sea Trail and this one is near the top of the list. The unit was very clean and well equipped. Highly recommend this unit.

Winter Getaway

We loved the unit, the view out of the porch and proximity to the clubhouse restaurants. Short drive to the beach a big plus. Loved riding our bicycles to do our shopping for necessities. Pups loved to spend time out in the porch.

Great location

When we thought about going to Sunset Beach for Thanksgiving, we didn’t know what our kids sports schedules would be so it was nice to be able to pick the days and even extend the stay by a day. Hosts were very communicative and responded quickly.

Roomy condo. Excellent location. Very nice pool with new chairs and umbrellas. Short drive to beach, shops and restaurants. Floors were extremely dirty, especially the tile floors. Really need multiple moppings to get all the dirt off. Screened porch needed vacuuming and sliding glass doors cleaned. We did not like you-tube television.

Great Family Getaway!

This condo has everything you need for a fantastic family getaway. Beautiful neighborhood, very nice pool right across from the condo. Nearby stores, great restaurants and can be at the beach in less than 5 minutes. Property manager responds quickly and great communication overall. I can not explain in words how pleased we were with this property. We will definitely stay here again :)

Great Stay Again!

Diff owners same great condo! This is our 3rd time staying at this condo and We enjoyed our stay as we always do, the condo is so comfortable and relaxing after a long day at the beach or sight seeing. We will def stay again!

2nd time we’ve stayed in the condo. Even added on 2 days this time at the last minute. Owners are very gracious and very easy to deal with. The unit is very conveniently located to all good dining … and only 5 minutes to the surf!

Delightful, space and location. Just a hop, skip and a jump from Sunset Beach.

Very nice place. Well stocked living room, kitchen and bathrooms. We loved it. One note, the master bedroom mattress is extra, extra hard, if you like that. We didn't. We slept in the second bedroom but it was fine. Price was appropriate.

This is a nice condo, fully stocked kitchen, clean, comfortable beds. There are a lot of nearby restaurants, golf courses, shopping, and the beach. The owner was responsive to one request we had.

Condo fit our needs perfectly!

Two week stay with our golden retriever while we were preparing to move into our new house a mile away. Owners were responsive, and condo was clean, spacious, and a great place to come back and relax in. The complex is in a great location close to the beach, and a terrific community to walk or bike in. We’ll rent again when we have extended family come to stay with us and need more room. Overall very positive experience!

Great Place To Land

We enjoyed our stay at this rental as it made everything easy and enjoyable. The beds were very comfortable as well which is a huge thumbs up from me. We loved being on the ground floor and having access to the screened in porch. Thanks for providing great service, we hope to return again.
