Hello and thank you for your interest in our home! We have been super hosts on another platform for a while and now have expanded to VRBO!

Escape to Denver and watch the sunset with the whole family in a beautiful modern townhome on Jefferson Park. A five minute walk to Empower Field at Mile High Stadium. Featuring panoramic views of Downtown Denver, and a airy light home with windows on every wall. Relax with a 65” TV home theater and a 55” Nanotech TV in the entertainment room.

On Jefferson Park, and just a few minute walk to dining, light rail, breweries, and a 10 minute walk to Safeway.

The space
This listing is for the entire house. 3 story townhome with a patio out front, and a balcony off the master bedroom.

Let your worries float away in the wake while you relax inside the newly-remodeled living space. Warm up by the gas fireplace in the living room and catch up on your favorite Netflix Originals on the 65" Nanotech smart tv and surround speakers.

Refuel friends with a hearty home-cooked meal each evening. The kitchen is fully equipped with updated appliances and granite countertops to assist in both complex meals and simple mac n' cheese. Complete with an air fryer.

Take a bottle of wine to the rooftop patio with outdoor fire pit as the evening comes to a close. A warm fire, a lovely red, and another unbeatable sunset over downtown make for the perfect finale to another wonderful day in Denver.

When you're ready to retire to bed, retreat inside for peaceful slumbers on a queen bed in the master bedroom with mounted tv, or in the guest room with another queen and deep bathtub.

Guests will have complete access to all of the house.

Other things to note
This is a pet friendly townhome. If you would like to bring your pet, please contact me ahead of time. There is a normal pet fee that is dependent on breed and size max $250 per stay.

The home is cleaned regularly and before and after every stay, but please note this is pet friendly in case you have severe animal allergies.

Early Check-In Available:
Guests may request early check-in or late check out via app after booking. Fees are as follows:
Noon check in- $50 fee starting
Before noon- half day rate
Late check-out- $50 for 3pm checkout or half day rate for 7pm.

Requests are subject to availability and must be confirmed at least 24 hours before arrival.

Standard check-in time is 3:00 PM, and checkout at Noon.

Please no parties and no more than 10 people at a time on premise.
