BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS

This spacious home features three lovely bedrooms, each designed with your comfort in mind.



The first bedroom offers a comfortable King-sized bed with a large closet and plenty of space. This master bedroom has a full-length mirror so you can check out your outfit before exploring the town!



There is a sleek modern bathroom attached to this bedroom which features double sinks and a shower and bathtub combination so that you can choose between a relaxing soak or a refreshing shower.



The second bedroom has a comfortable queen bed and a closet for your items.

The third bedroom is perfect for kids! It has a single bed as well as a bunk bed, mounted TV, and toy chest.

The main bathroom is in the hallway by the living room, features a full bathtub/shower combo and is stocked with complimentary toiletries and fluffy towels.



LIVING SPACES & KITCHEN

Experience the perfect blend of style and functionality in the two spacious living areas. The living room greets you as you enter the home and boasts a large, mounted HD TV, comfortable sectional, bar top seating and workspace. This living room features large windows and skylights that let in tons of natural light.



In the extra room, there is a new full-sized washer and dryer for your use with complimentary detergent and dryer sheets. This room also features yoga mats and dumbbell weights so you can stretch and get in a workout during your trip.

In the back of the house is the second living space which features a second comfortable sectional, large, mounted HD TV, electric fireplace and a two-person indoor sauna. Relax in the sauna and melt your worries away after a long day of exploring the city.



The dining room is connected to the first living space and leads into the kitchen which features stainless steel appliances, sharp knives, and all the other basic tools and cookware you’ll need to prepare delicious meals. There is a Keurig coffee machine and all the coffee items you need like sugar and cream.



The kitchen has a door that leads to our spacious garage. The garage has been outfitted with a shuffleboard table, cornhole game, ladder toss and space heaters to keep it warm in the winter. The garage has access to our fully-fenced backyard.



OUTSIDE SPACE

Step outside and experience the ultimate in outdoor living with our private backyard. There’s easy access through the sliding glass door in the second living space or through the garage game room. This space has been upgraded with a 4-person hot tub, large outdoor dining table, and there's also a gas grill for when you're in the mood for BBQ. The string lighting and high fencing make this the perfect place to enjoy a warm summer evening in privacy.



We allow pets with a fee if you let us know in advance! Pet Fee is $150 per pet (preferably dogs). Please message us if you will be bringing more than 1 pet.

Guest Access:

As guests, you will have private access to the entire home, including the beautiful backyard, the full kitchen, two living areas, and three cozy bedrooms. Guests can use the washer and dryer located in the laundry area. Parking is available in the driveway or the street.



Please note there is absolutely NO smoking of any kind allowed inside the building.



The Neighborhood:

This is a quiet neighborhood in Arvada. Ralston Creek trail, Arvada's longest and most complete public trail, is within walking distance from our home. It runs along Ralston Creek and offers views of ponds, wildlife, parks and the mountains.

Visit Olde Town Arvada which has plenty of places to eat and visit such as Rhinelander Bakery, Denver Beer Co, Fuzzy's Tacos or Silver Vine Winery or you can easily get onto I-70 and head west to access Red Rocks Amphitheatre and plenty of hiking and biking trails.

Downtown Denver is only 20 minutes away and has attractions such as the zoo, Science Museum, Art Museum and the Capitol!



Getting Around:

RTD Denver, LightRail, Uber/Lyft, Rent a bike and travel along the greenery rivers of Ralston Park and the surrounding nature Colorado has to offer.



Other Things to Note:

You may see some wildlife such as rabbits, raccoons, fox and a variety of birds and insects around the home and trails. You may see the occasional garden snake.
